In Madison over a weekend for a wedding. Great location if you need to be by the Capitol (out the front door!) and a great spot to see the surrounding Saturday farmers market. Rooms ordinary but acceptable- "best western" says it all. If you like your bathroom cups plastic and wrapped this is the spot for you. Stay here for...

This hotel has an extremely convenient location to all of the Madison downtown area activities - pubs, restaurants, children's museum, state street, etc. are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is very nice. Bed is comfortable, pool was great for our two children (8 and 5). The pool's shallow end is 4 feet so don't forget flotation devices for...

Great location right across from the Capitol rotunda. That is the only positive comment I can think of!! The hotel is shabby - please do not think shabby chic. Worn carpet, dated décor, and a general "smell" that registers - not fresh. We have stayed at quite a few Best Westerns - all of which were better by far than...

We enjoyed the view from our 7th floor balcony, a lovely dinner across the street and the farmers market. The room was clean, comfortable & priced well considering the downtown location, the staff served us well. A great place to spend a beautiful summer weekend. A wonderful place to be on a summer weekend.

We stayed at the Inn on the Park for a wedding at the nearby Concourse Hotel, and had a chance to compare the two hotel rooms. Our suite at the Inn on the Park was roomy, quiet, and had gorgeous views of the Capitol. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

I was displease with our room, we were charged more for a two double bed room then a two queen beds. It was very hot in the room and when we opened the windows the partying was so loud we had to close them.

While technically it is not - and never will be - a 5-star hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room on the 9th floor. It didn't feel shabby, which is what we expected from the outside. Normally a planner, I didn't book this hotel until 5 months out from my Son's graduation. By then, availability and...

Staci, I appreciate your feedback and am glad you enjoyed your time with us. Many years ago the ninth floor was a private apartment for one of Madison's most illustrious families, hence the second elevator. It is a little inconvenient but hopefully the history makes it a bit more of an experience. I hope you will visit us again and...

My husband and I booked this hotel for the UW-Madison graduation and it was perfect. It was in a really great location, right by capitol square, and the view from our window was great; we had a perfect view of the capitol building. It was also just a couple of blocks from State Street, there was a farmers market that...

Very nice hotel. Extremely comfortable and clean rooms. Nice gym and pool. Great and courteous staff. Had a great breakfast every morning. The hotel is right across the street from The Capital. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The museums are closed on Mondays so we didn't get to visit it them. I may stay here if I...
