Stayed here two nights in a pet friendly room. One of the most outstanding experiences with motel employees. Even the manager came out to meet my dog and visit him (more than once). Had several experiences with Angela (front desk specialist) during check-in, out, questions,...More

Thanks so much for your very warm review of our hotel. We try very hard to do our best glad you enjoyed your stay.
On the second floor overlooking the hotel's entrance, we took in the sites and sound of historic Saint Charles for nine days from that room, enjoying every second of it. From its private gated parking lot to the wonderful breakfasts, it felt to be a...More

It is nice having easy access to the street car, Coumns, and Superior. Quick travel to French Quarter area and the zoo. Older hotel, so elevator is older and rooms are a bit small, but not out of the ordinary and the hotel has a...More

This is a small hotel, maybe a boutique type hotel, in the Garden District that is older and is now a nice Best Western. The breakfast was exceptionally good with many choices including fruit juices.
There is a Mexican grill just in front of the...More

Thanks for the warm review, we greatly appreciate your business.
Head to the Garden District for the full-on New Orleans experience replete with quaintly clanking streetcars, proudly grandiose antebellum mansions, picture perfect avenues lined with live oaks loaded down with Spanish moss, and a wealth of beautiful churches and many more architectural marvels. Even a brief excursion here makes plain why it’s called the Garden District. So, when you visit be sure to give
yourself ample time for admiration at a languidly slow pace befitting such gentile strand of riverside living and to allow you to maximize each opportunity to stop and smell the roses – and whichever other blooms you might come across. While taking it all in, you’d do well to dine at one of the city’s most beloved destinations for regional cuisine. Gourmands from far and wide (and right round the corner) swear the age-old Commander’s Palace is the best restaurant in town – and have been doing so since it opened back in 1880.

Well, parking is free but first come first served. I doubt they would let you park there unless you were paying for a room that whole time. However, there is a parking garage one small block down and one small block over so pretty close. As the other person said, they are accommodating. And VERY nice!
