Check in was easy, friendly staff , very help full, the free shuttle was more like a guided tour into the city that we enjoyed . The restrooms and showers were spotless. Groceries a short drive. We drove to start of St.Charles trolley parked for free and paid $3 to ride trolley and buses all day , great way to...

We stayed for a long weekend here, the staff was very nice and friendly, giving suggestions and directions. Unfortunately the main water line broke so there was some flooding but didn't disturb us. It is a 20-40 minute drive into NO French Quarter area depending on traffic. They offered a shuttle twice a day into town but not back..cab ride...

Very clean campground! Excellent customer service! Concrete pads, full hookups. Had a free shuttle to the French quarter in New Orleans and information galore on tours and tickets. Laundry facilities were the best we have seen, clean spacious, air conditioning and very reasonaly priced! Would recommend this highly to all RV or tent campers! Good wifi service!

Very friendly and well organized rv resort. Big lots, help with back in parking, clean laundry, what more could one wish for. We rented a car to go to downtown New Orleans, but the KOA offers a shuttle service to and from the city. It's also possible to buy tour tickets for Grayline tours, such as the French Quarter Tour...

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA located right next to the Mississippi River in New Orleans (River Ridge). There was shopping nearby, the freeway system was close by so access to other sites of New Orleans was convenient. The sites were level but not nearly enough trees for much needed shade. Upon speaking with the Manager about Katrina, she...

Our first visit to this KOA. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic dining within walking distance. Since our visit was on the eve of July 4th, it was a bit noisy with fireworks. The Mississippi River is "across the street", about a block away and there is a levee trail, but it was under construction so we were asked to leave...

We decided to stay at a KOA during our trip to New Orleans. We were pleasantly surprised by this campground. The pool was nice, clean. The restrooms were clean. A little mold on the ceilings in the shower stalls, but the floors walls and stalls were clean. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful finding our way downtown. They...

Just stayed here overnight and got in late but the camp staff was extremely helpful and friendly! One of the staff member helped me get backed in to our site and then helped hook up my utilities for me, never had that happen before! Really nice and clean campground and not far from the French Quarter.

Stayed for 2 nights to enjoy New Orleans. Close and easy to get into the French Quarter. They have a shuttle that will take you down in the morning. Staff was very nice and helpful, able to answer our quest ions, helped to get our big rig into the space. I would highly recommend this campground .

I found this to be a great little place to stay near a city. The campground was clean, the staff was more than helpful and kind. Showed true hospitality. The kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and refreshing. Roberta walked our dog for us while we went into the city. The sites were spacious and we even had a...

“The downsideis there are constant trains running, but since New Orleans is a port, I guess you can expect the frequent loud train whistles. Also, wasn't crazy about the rap music playing from the neighborhood complex. Neither situation isn't anything the owners can control, but despite the noises, it was still a good value for the $$.”
