My wife and I stayed here for three days. We were overly impressed by Joe & BeBe's helpfulness, attention to detail and genuine caring. They gave us so many recommendations for activities and dining that really made our stay and play a memorable one. The Inn itself is very clean and quiet, just the way we like it. One night...

This is a great place to stay for Tulane parents who also want to visit museums and the French Quarter. Joe and Bebe are very helpful with shopping and tourism tips and I find the other guests to be friendly and interesting.

After searching the travel books and the internet, decided on staying at the Avenue Inn. Great choice. So glad we stayed in the Garden District. It's a lovely area with stately homes and easy drive or streetcar to the French Quarter. Lots of info was given to us by Joe for places to eat and see. My husband and I...

We chose to stay at The Avenue Inn yet again, and were again thrilled with this fabulous B&B. You cannot beat the location, the hospitality, the comforts or the rooms...period! In some towns you want to get "in and out". New Orleans is not one of those cities. There is such richness of history, such novel and wonderful places that...

Our grandson arrived 6 weeks early and we needed to get to New Orleans quickly. We stayed at the Avenue Inn B&B owned & operated by Joe and Bebe. It was perfect. The Dutchess Room we stayed in had the perfect king size bed and was romantic and cozy. It was near the hospital our daughter & new grandson were...

Excellent location right on St. Charles with a street car stop to the Quarter right in front. You are staying with the people that own the Inn, Joe and Bebe, not some faceless company. They bend over backwards for you and we had a great stay. Munchies included with light breakfast is perfect because lunch and dinner in NOLO is...

I went with my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary-everything from the service to the inn itself was great! The innkeepers even pointed us in the right direction for a romantic dinner spot! Looking forward to the next visit... Happy travels!

Great location, steps away from the St. Chalres streetcar stop. The inn is charming and homey; very clean, w/modern bathrooms and central air. i had the smallest room in the house, and it was perfect for my needs. Joe and Bebe are outstanding innkeepers; warm and solicitous. My flight was very late, and they went out of their way to...
