When we got there our room was not ready. We waited until well after check in time, which mind you is already 3pm. He did not offer any apology. Room was nice enough. We did not in fact have direct access to the balcony, had to leave our room and walk out to a public to other rooms balcony. We...

Stuffs in the guest house were extremely friendly and helpful, they arranged me late check-in and early check-out without any hustle. The neighborhood is safe, quite and appearing. 20 min nice and easy walk to the French quarter of New Orleans, where you find all interesting day and night activities.

Stayed here for 3nights. Our room was not the biggest, but it was clean enough. Felt save to stay here. Breakfast was surprisingly good and the owner is such a fun guy to talk to. He let us use his laundry facilities after we came soaking wet back from our day, without any problem. Location is great. You can walk...

Charming old, refurbished house with a cozy room with bath, kitchen and bedroom. Located close to the French Quarter on a quiet street in F. Marigny neighborhood. Cleaners were attentive and asked, if we needed anything for our room. Breakfast was served in the nearby restaurant, called Silk Road, we ate there once on our 4 day stay, and it...

It’s difficult to reconcile some of the TA reviews with our experience The Pros Just a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter. The Cons The parking is in the street. The Guesthouse is not staffed during the night. The curtains in our room were running to holes. The fridge was rusting. Mould in bathroom. No coffee in room. Stand...

The accommodations were very comfortable. We had 11 adults and 5 kids so we occupied both sides of the duplex next door to the Silk Road Restaurant. We had 3 sitting rooms and 2 and a half kitchens. All of the bedrooms have TVs, but not the sitting rooms. There is also a very nice patio in back. The owners...

friendly little guest house on a corner in the middle of the Marigny. Great indian influenced restaurant with nola flair downstairs. You must try the crab bisque. Friendly bar staff and locals made us feel at home.

The room was nice and clean for what I needed. The free breakfast was not that great. Doors were locked at 9;30 when breakfast was suppose to be 9-10. I had to call owner and nothing was set up. Food was picked over from previous day. Not much better the next day.
