Had a brief visit to AC in New Orleans, the first time I have experienced the brand and loved it. Great location, well designed location and a lovely team. A bit more elegant than Moxy, but I loved both. well done!

This place is so nice! the breakfast is not a normal breakfast, it is European and not my style, and too expensive for what you get. Everything else is great! Raindrop shower heads are great! hotel staff are unbeatable. right down the street from Bourbon street!

Location location, class and such a great hotel. You can walk to everything in the French Quarters and only a few blocks to Bourbon. My room was very cool, tall windows, exposed brick.. quite and clean, my new go to in New Orleans

This hotel is located one block from Bourbon Street but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise of the street. Unfortunately they only had one chef and he/she was off sick so we could not eat there. There were so many food places around the hotel that this was a minor inconvenience. The bed was comfortable but...

The hotel was clean and the location was perfect. We felt very safe in the area. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. The bathroom, however was very small. It was difficult for two people to get ready; make-up & hair done for a night out on Bourbon St., Canal, and Frenchman St. I would stay...

This will be a bit of a longer review, but I feel that some things should be said. Friday, September 2nd, 2016 my husband thought it would be a great weekend for a quick, relaxing get away for the Labor Day holiday weekend. We hadn't been to New Orleans in years, so we decided to book a reservation at this...

Stayed here twice now. I like the location and the service and staff are ok. Just needs to step up to be at the higher end. Floors in the room feel cheap. Bathroom door is trying to be cute but doesn't close all the way. Temperature in the room is hard to get correct. Overall a good stay at a...

This is the best hotel we've stayed at in New Orleans - and we've stayed in a few! It's on the edge of the French Quarter so it's close to the action, but it's really nice and quiet. Really comfortable rooms with great bathrooms - felt nice and spacious compared to some of the tiny places that are on offer...

The hotel was very jazzy and modern. It's a European concept hotel and AC is for the developer. Rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to the Super dome or even the French Quarter.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
