We stayed for our anniversary. The B&B is very nice and located on a quiet end of Bourbon st. Only one morning I was woke up by people yelling on the street. It's about 7 blocks to the action. The room was comfortable, and very...More
A short walk into the quarter, and about 2 blocks from Frenchman street, perfect location. John is a wonderful host, he really made us feel at home and his breakfasts were great! La Maison is our new home base whenever we are in New Orleans!

This B&B is right on the quiet end of Bourbon Street. We were able to walk everywhere in the French Quarter. The accommodations were lovely. John, the Proprietor cooked us a wonderful breakfast and was very informative. We will definitely be returning.

Nestled between the French Quarter and the Ninth Ward, the Faubourg Marigny & Bywater environs are largely residential. Of course, folks around here love to go out and have a good time as much as they do anywhere in NOLA. And if out-of-towners want to join in the festivities, well then so much the better! Home to some of the most revered live music venues in New Orleans, an eclectic gaggle of gourmand dining
destinations, and a come-as-you-are vibe that’s as infectious as it is alluring, this is real deal New Orleans oozing with southern hospitality and the promise of a most epic night out. For endless opportunities to boogie, to admire row upon row of lovingly restored homes, and to escape the fray of the more touristic parts of town (but still live it up in grand style) head to Faubourg Marigny & Bywater.
