Amazing as always! We have been staying here for years.... always a pleasure... My wife loves the balcony loft suites. Great to sit outside and drink a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the city come to life.

The best location in the French quarter! Nestled inbetween bourbon and royal (my favorite place) staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Go see Phillip at the Roux he's the best!!!! The bar is fun with great drinks and an exit right onto the heart of bourbon! If you want excellent shopping and art wander either way down royal!! My first...

We have stayed at the Bourbon Orleans four times and are always pleased with the service and location. It is an historic hotel that is well maintained. The heated pool is a highlight as well as the staff. We appreciate the location at the upper end of Bourbon. It is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel! Rooms are well...

I've been staying with a large group of friends at the Bourbon Orleans for several years now. For all of the wonderful staff, amenities, and location, there is NO BETTER place to stay when you are in the Quarter!

Rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet and well appointed. Lobby and gym are very nice. We loved the location; walking through the city is one of the great pleasures of New Orleans and this hotel is centrally located. An aside - our res person, Cindy, was pleasant and accommodating. I felt she went out of her way to get information...

This is the fourth year we have stayed at the Bourbon O. It is convenient for the event we attend, and close to restaurants and shops as well. It is an easy walking distance to the French Market and Cafe De Monde. Always have a great time here and are able to book the same room each year. It is...

GREAT Weather and city. Loved the location. No sleep in room 235 with no warning of the bar right across the street. Early check in and no warning about possible noise, I guess it is the French Quarter.

Great hotel. Close to everything in downtown New Orleans. Large clean rooms, heated pool. Really enjoyed our stay. Iced tea, water and coffee always readily available. Free bar coupons upon arrival. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Attended Parti Gras last weekend and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Wi-Fi was spotty at best, could not keep any devices connected even after the front desk connected my iPad. Bed was very firm, mini fridge in room never got cold, it was only cool even after having it looked...

The hotel is located perfectly for Pardi Gras. The hotel met most expectations. The greatest issue was the noise from Bourbon Street and we were located on the St Ann St side of the hotel. The hotel was very crowed and thankfully they allowed us to use the staff elevator to reach our room easily.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
