Overall experience was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully the restaurant will be open for breakfast and dinner. The pool and service was good with the exception of Sunday which did not bar and food service.

Really enjoyed our stay overall. Great staff, lovely hotel. Can't beat the location. Price was average, have stayed at other nice places nearby for a bit less. The bar was nice. Really great pool! Room was good, nothing special. There was a lot of noise from a storage room across the hall on our last morning, wheeling in and out...

Love this hotel. Hotel is beautiful and staff is terrific and always willing to help ensure a great stay. Balcony room is the best but can be a tad noisy, but after all it is the French Quarter. Include the breakfast buffet with your room rate. It's a wonderful deal. You also have the convenience of booking tours right in...

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was and how close it was to the action of downtown. We are having a bit of a problem with billing. 1) I was charged for 3 days of parking, when I only had the car there for less than 24 hours. 2) I paid for the hotel via PriceLine and...

The room we had was not very roomy. It was small for the price we paid. Other than that great hotel, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location of hotel is excellent. Very prompt with luggage. Clean hotel.

Hotel is great, service was below average. no room service until after 5PM, No poolside service for drinks and I had to call front desk to get room cleaned and fresh towels. The exterior and Decor in the lobby was nice! Staff very inviting and even received two complimentary bar vouchers. The valet was really friendly as well. The only 2 cons were the price of the valet parking and the size of the room. The parking was $36 before tax! But I will say was cheaper than Crown Plaza ($42). I'm...

The staff here was remarkable. The Bourbon Street side was a little noisy at night but that is to be expected. Hard time sleeping because I kept thinking about ghosts but had no encounters. Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
