Beautiful hotel! Jeff and Brittany were beyond accommodating! We arrived early and were going to just ask them to hold our luggage until check in but Jeff went above snd beyond to find us a room (a double for my son and I, even though we had only been able to book a king on booking.com). He personally found us our room and then Brittany quickly and pleasantly arranged everything. The staff were all very kind and helpful each time we passed through the lobby!

Jason was wonderful checking us in! He was also there the next day, and checked us out on Sunday. The lobby and our room were beautiful. We had a great time getting to catch up with friends at the bar. Raven was amazing! She remembered our drinks, and made awesome suggestions!

We had a good experience at this hotel, just a few problems with the bathroom (shower was liking) and the noise (we can hear the people in the other room). But the bed is very comfortable and the room, in general, is perfect for a long or a short stay.

Our valet Antonio was incredible. He was friendly, smiling, courteous, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very helpful answering all our questions and gave great recommendations. He genuinely cared that we enjoyed our experience and did everything he could to make sure we did.

I want to start out by saying I loved our stay, however there were some pitfalls. Due to damage from the previous hurricane season, the top floor was under construction. The terrace was closed, which I’m not really sure why, but the gym was not. The front desk staff was more than helpful. Ms. Paula went out of her way and was delightful. No PB&J, but Candace took us on a tour of the Suites, which made up for the treats. Really the only complaint I have is the price of parking was steep and the shower’s water got cold after about 3 minutes. The beds were so comfy and our room was very clean. Given some of the restrictions, I would lower the price some to compensate. If you’re looking for a historical beauty, this is it, but a 4-star experience it is not.

Thank you for staying with us at Le Pavillon Hotel. We appreciate your detailed feedback and apologize that your stay was underwhelming. To answer your question regarding the fitness center and roof top terrace the roof is currently being replaced and for them to do this work they needed to remove the decking. With the decking currently missing it would be extremely unsafe to venture out onto our roof. We are working diligently with our construction team to get this area renovated and to be able to open our pool. As for parking we are a city hotel and in comparison to some of our competing hotels our parking is actually less. If we can be of any further assistance please reach out to us at the hotel directly and we would be happy to assist you.
