Near everything and yet quiet when you are ready to relax. Short walk to Riverfront, The Quarter, and museums. Mothers restaurant is s must as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of conference space for your next meeting.
This is a fabulous hotel. All staff are at the top of their game. Very professional. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom was large and even had a vanity mirror for makeup. I loved that.

Located in the French Quarter, the hotel is within walking distance to many of the major attractions in the City. Was here for a convention, there seemed to be some type of one going on everywhere, with the staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was...More
Such a welcoming hotel with great staff that are happy to help in any way possible. They are very nice about large events going on in the hotel. Also a great location right off of Bourbon Street with a in-house Starbucks.
Room was clean and comfortable, pool is very small (don't waste your time going down especially if you have children) don't do the green choice, I didn't realize that it also meant they don't take out the garbage from the room unless you call them....More

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service. There are several options available including private limo, taxicab and the airport GO Shuttle which I regularly use. You can book round trip transportation on their website up to a week in advance of your arrival/departure. When I booked online around July 1, the round trip was $41.20.
