Hotel is beautiful with lots of great art. If you download the Windsor Court Hotel app. there is an self guided art tour. Rooms are large and...

Beautiful hotel and the suites are huge, clean, and luxurious. So close to everything. We also got to hang out in the presidential suit. Wow, unbelievable 2 terraces, two bedrooms and spa like bathrooms. I also loved the baby grand. Hope to return soon.

The Windsor Court is only a 10 minute walk from Bourbon Street or Jackson Square, yet upon entering it's private courtyard entrance you literally feel as if you are in an exclusive resort - which is not so much the vibe in the French Quarter! We stayed at the Windsor Court during our Christmas vacation, the hotel was terrific. We continue to be amazed at how large the rooms are and how friendly the staff is. The holiday decorations were a nice touch and the hotel was very busy with holiday tea parties.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
