My wife and I took our two girls (almost 4 years and a 6 month old) to NOLA for a family trip -- this is a perfect set up for kids because the full suites are so spacious -- we put the baby in the bathroom (in a crib, not just on the floor) and the 4yo on a cot... More

I have a long history with the Windsor Court hotel. As a New orleans native I attended events at the hotel that were always the most refined and perfectly choreographed- food and service as far back as the 1980's. After moving away, I have stayed at the Windsor Court hotel several times a year. The hotel had waned in its... More

Great family stay for the Christmas tea and fun weekend. Staff very attentive and helpful. Old school elegant feel to the hotel. Have stayed here more than 20 years and always enjoyed it. Great location which lens itself to walking to the quarter but without the noise of the quarter.

I've been going to the Windsor Court for years now. The location is perfect, near everything. The staff was outstanding as they checked us in early (we arrived before 10 a.m.) and welcomed us to have breakfast before the Club floor closed. Everything perfect except for a huffy wait staff person who thought we were intruding beyond his close time.... More

The suites are amazing and oversized. The service is first class. Molton Brown Toiletries. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Great mini bar and in-room coffee options. Walking distance to all attractions like Shops at Canal Street and the French Quarter. The Windsor Court will meet your expectations.

My partner and I planned an anniversary trip to stay at the Windsor Court. We found a great deal through their website and have enjoyed time there in the past for tea and brunch. Nice location between Poydras and Canal Street. Many attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. We walked to Jackson Square in one direction and the WWII museum in the other. We stayed here for a long weekend over Halloween. It was amazing. The hotel staff was professional, the room was amazing - our balcony and city view was awesome. The amenities were first class. This is the second time I've stayed at the Windsor Court, and it is definitely our go-to place to stay in New Orleans.

This is truly an elegant hotel in NOLA. It is conveniently located to downtown, the French Quarter and a short drive to Uptown. Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
