Great location in the French quarter. Awesome service! Fabulous free buffet breakfast, clean rooms, love the tile floors, no carpet. People are great. Would highly recommend this hotel. Boutique hotel with lovely courtyard. Parking a little pricey is the only negative but it is valet which is a bonus. Don't have to worry about finding a space yourself.

Picked this place based on Trip Advisor reviews and wasn't sorry. It's in the middle of everything while being a little tucked away from the insanity. Between Bourbon and Royal, steps from everything. Lovely, clean and large rooms and enjoyable mulit-choice breakfast with expansive hours so one doesn't have to rush to get up after a late night on the...

Beautiful, spacious room; excellent breakfast; great location; free cocktail. Overall, a great value. Worth every penny. We were only here for one night, but it was an excellent experience. The free breakfast was so much better than most hotels offer. The room was very comfortable and stylish. The only negative was a bit of noise from the room above in...

Beautiful hotel. If you want near Bourbon street then this is perfect, however, if you don't want the noise of Bourbon street at 3:00 am when trying to get sleep, this may not be the place. We stayed there 4 nights and did not get a full nights sleep. We were in a room with a balcony. Our friends were...

Hotel Mazarin is beautifully decorated but not over the top. We ate breakfast every morning in the courtyard which had a cover over it due to the rain, but still just as serene. Breakfast had ample choice- eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit cups, pastries, yogurt, coffee and juices, and was always delicious! We stayed in a deluxe king which was very...

Great hotel in French Quarter. Location, staff, rooms, and breakfast were all superior. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Only recommendation I would make is to have coffee available for 24 hours in terrace area. Not a big deal, but would be nice.

I know it's New Orleans. And, I know you got allot of rain. But, the room was a bit musty. We accommodated by leaving the air on when we were gone. And, off at night. My wife cannot handle the blower. We liked the room, though.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
