I absolutely loved the design and feel of this hotel. This is not your typical, run of the mill hotel. It's so much better. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I will stay here every chance that I get.

We were in town on business and our stay way perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was ideal for our business and leisure activities, and the hotel itself was nice, interesting and very fun. We also ate at the restaurant and the food and cocktails were impeccable!

The windows in my room had holes in them and cold air was blowing through all night on a very cold night I felt the rooms were very small for the value we paid 300 tonight I think their way out of their class

Thank you Mr. Reth for sharing your feedback from your recent stay with us. I am so sorry to hear that the hotel overall fell a bit short of your initial expectations. We certainly do not want anyone to feel as if they were not given the full value of what they booked. I would love if we were given...

We stayed at the hotel and it was great. Very personal, great service and "boutique style". We ate at the restaurant one night and it was excellent. If you like fusion or creole food with a sophisticated touch and a personal touch, this is the place for you!

Loved the Old No. 77, perfect location in New Orleans to walk to any where you want to go. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was exactly as described, loved the exposed brick and tile in the bathroom. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is a great small hotel. The location is in the warehouse dist. Lots of art galleries and restos. The hotel has a great bar and a award winning resto. The hotel valet staff were exceptional. Ask for a room on the front of the hotel with great views. Could not be happier with the visit.

Unique small hotel...loved the decor throughout the hotel. Room 430 had an odd and unpleasant order. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel was steps away from all of the local activities exciting dining experiences, casino and french quarter all steps away.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
