We only stayed 1 night, but it was a beautiful place. Clean , comfortable beds. Our cabin overlooked the lake. Very peaceful . I will definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly, good service.

Our sleeping cabin was much nicer than I expected. The interior was totally updated and the beds had nice sheets & pillows and were pretty comfy. We stayed the night before the buffalo roundup and I liked how close it was to the wildlife loop. I did think it was overpriced.

We stopped by after the buffalo gather-up for a quick bite and it wasn't quick at all. It took a while for us to get our meal. I ordered from mini corn dogs from the kids menu, the fries were really good. I also order a caramel macchiato, it was delicious. My husband ordered a buffalo burger and really that's... More

We stayed in a small sleeping cabin there. It did have comfortable beds, a microwave and refrigerator, and decent sized bathroom. Sort of outdated and rustic, but that is expected in a cabin. Firepit and plastic chairs outside. NOT close to the lake - too far to walk down a big hill to get there. The lodge had a nice... More

The cabin is in a wooded area. At least the ones I saw/stayed were not by the lake. I knew that while I booked, so no issues. But the walk to the lake is a short one. Cabin as such is basic. But maintained well. Not fancy at all. There are cabins adjacent. But felt we had enough privacy. And... More

If you are looking to unplug and love nature, this is the place for you. We had a housekeeping unit with kitchenette, pots, pans, utensils, etc., microwave, mini fridge, 2 burner stove, and coffee pot. The bathroom was standard tub/shower combo with hairdryer included...and LOTS of towels. There were 3 beds. Central heat/air. Flat screen tv. We were off exploring... More

I viewed their site, cabins nice and freshly decorated. Ours was clean, and that is about all I can say. Plastic chairs provided to sit outside were broken and viewed nothing but another residents camper parked across from our cabin. One could walk easily to the lake where the cabins which looked out seemed much nicer but the differance were... More

We stayed in cabin 22. It was adorable with everything we needed. The setting in the woods was so magnificent. This isn't for someone seeking luxury but definitely for you if you're looking to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful setting. So relaxing! The lodge has good hamburgers and veggie burgers and the lake is just beautiful with paddle boarding, kayaks,... More

We stayed in a 1-queen-bed "sleeping cabin" for 5 nights. Beware this type of cabin is quite small. 1 room featuring a queen bed, a nice large sofa (seating for 3-4), and a mini-fridge + mini microwave. + bathroom & half a closet. If you were to fold out the sofa bed, it would pretty much take up all the... More

While most cabins are sleep only, there are some with kitchens. Our remodeled cabin was small but very nice. The main building is new opening June 2016. It has a gift shop and an order at the counter restaurant with a great view. We like this place because it is compact--you can see the whole lake from the Lodge and... More
