Inspired by the beauty of the mountains, we welcome you to our guesthouse. Experience the glorious mountains throughout all four seasons, come down to earth, revive yourself...We offer you the typical Austrian Gemutlichkeit with a gentle Belgian and German touch.

Our guesthouse is located in the beautiful and peaceful village Filzmoos (Neuberg), 4 km from the center, approximately 1.000 Meters above sea level. Thanks to its altitude and location at the end of the valley, it is a snow-sure winter sport region in the province of Salzburg.

Skiing fun starts as soon as you step out of the guesthouse, with the Schwaigalmlift only 300 meters away.

Filzmoos is part of the Ski Amade region. The ski pass gives you access to more than 270 lifts and over 860 kilometers of pistes.

Filzmoos also offers many possibilities for ski touring, cross country skiing, winter walking and snowshoeing.

An event you may not miss is the yearly international balloon festival in January!

In spring, summer and autumn it is the ideal location for hiking, (mountain) biking, climbing and mountain enthusiasts, thanks to its unique location close to the Bischofsmutze (2.458 M) and the Dachstein (2.995 M).

A real jewel! We planned to stay three days and we lucky to be able to extend for another day. The place is super clean, organized and charming. Katja is very friendly and helpful beside super professional. The "breakfast for champions" was included and it is the only way to start a day in beautiful part of Austria. There is so much to do an not enough time so we were knackered every nights but looking forward to get back to our room and enjoy the sound of the creek under the window. We will certainly be back but for longer time! Thank you Katja for making our vacation every more special!

I booked this place last minute for my 3-day ski trip in the Austrian Alps. This guesthouse has excellent location - just few kilometers away from the Salzburg-Villach highway and easily accesible, with many great ski resorts nearby (Schladming, Flachau, Filzmoos, Zauchensee, Kaprun, Saalbach...). The host was superfriendly and she gave me some hints where to ski. I was upgraded from single to double room with ensuite bathroom. Bed was comfortable, room big, clean and warm. Wifi connection was strong. I recommend to take breakfast as it was fabulous! So many choices! It was a feast! The best breakfast I have ever had in Austria (and I spend in this country most of the winter every year)! From cereals to eggs, ham and cheese and different types of bread, jam, chocolate spread... Just great! I will definitely come back. I think I found my new base for my ski trips in the future!
