Our stay at Landhaus Carla was very enjoyable. The food was great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially the waiters. The location is very close to the train station and the ski bus goes from there up to the gondola too which is handy if you don't want to walk. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. We stayed for one week before Christmas for a ski/snowboard holiday and the location very close to the train/bus station makes it extremely easy to not only access lifts of Mayrhofen, but the wider zillertal valley and Hintertux glacier. The room was simple but warm, cosy and quiet, with very comfortable beds and a hot powerful shower. The best part about Landhaus Carla is the welcoming and beautifully decorated bar/ restaurant and the staff, who are friendly and looked after us well. The food is traditional Austrian, plentiful, filling, tasty, mountain food and they catered well for vegetarians. We would definitely recommend staying at Landhaus Carla!

A number of us have visited and/or stayed at Carla's since finding it in 1999. It's our favourite bar/restaurant/ aparthotel in our favourite ski resort. Ernst, Carla, Thomas and Ernst Junior cannot do enough to make you happy and comfortable. The food is high quality Tyrolean cuisine, the rooms are excellent and the staff are superb, particularly the long serving barman who wants no mention, but does like sharing the odd schnapps!

I stayed in this delightful family hotel for Snowbombing 2018 festival. The hotel is right in the middle of the town so great location. Hotel is clean and tidy. The food on offer is very good and the staff are very friendly. We all had an amazing time here.

After traveling to many parts of the world and having stayed in some beautiful hotels (chain owned), it’s always refreshing to stay in a lovely family run hotel. Carla’s is simply fantastic. The friendliness, the comfort, the quality and the amazing hospitality are only topped by the location. For me personally, Mayrhofen is one of the most serene places I’ve been to - and a stay in Carla’s really does make it feel like a home away from home. It’s rare that I’d return to stay in a hotel more than once, even if I’m returning to the same place I like to try out different spots. However, we’ve been visiting Mayrhofen annually for the last number of years and each time I’m drawn back again. I really can’t recommend Carla’s enough. A stay here, and you won’t be disappointed. P.S. The food in the restaurant is some of the best I’ve ever had. My favourite item on the menu is the ribs.…

My friends and I visited Landhaus Carla last week, it was my second stay here. Both this January and last we received such a warm welcome from Carla. She is the queen of hospitality. She is always there to make sure that everyone is happy and enjoying their stay, as were all of the staff. The rooms are so cosy and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Its a really lovely, peaceful place to stay. Perfectly located, our rental shop was just a minutes walk. The food is delicious and extremely well priced. We have tried other restaurants in Mayrhofen before, but this stay we ate in Carla's every night as the food and service cannot be matched. The bar is a great place to relax after dinner. The staff are so professional and great fun, always at your service. On our last night we ordered the Swiss Cheese Fondue. Amazing!!! It was one of the best meals we have ever had. Carla and Thomas made sure we had everything we could possibly want. I would highly recommend Landhaus Carla to everyone visiting Mayrhofen. I visited Landhaus Carla for a week with friends for a ski trip this year. We had an amazing time, our rooms were beautiful and modern, the staff were friendly and the food was phenomenal. We stayed in the hotel for dinner every night as the food was so impressive. I would highly recommend as it is also conveniently close to town, our ski rental shop was a two minute walk away. I took a picture of the cheese fondue I shared with a friend on the last night which we were both impressed by! Thanks to all at Landhaus Carla for such an unforgettable trip!

Stayed here 14-21 Jan and couldn’t fault the Hotel at all. Lovely Staff, Great Location, Very Clean Nice Food, Excellent Rooms etc etc 1 minute walk to Train Station/Bus Station so brilliant for full use of Ski Pass. Will defiantly be returning in the future and would recommend to anyone who visits Mayrhofen. Be Seeing You 👌🏻 in 2019

Nice little hotel. Room was clean, very friendly staff and nice food! But there were a LOT and I really mean A LOT of flies everywhere (see picture) And like already mentioned from the others, the lady of the house treated us like we were some kind of nuisance or annoyance. She should really learn how to treat paying customers (in contrast to her staff which were really friendly)
