Stayed at the Ferienhof is March just me and the other half and had a fantastic time. The hotel is about a 10 minute, easy walk to the Penken gondola so no problem with skis but there is a locker room at the bottom of the lift if you prefer. Our room was a good size with a lovely balcony... More

The hotel is a 7-10min walk from the town centre and Penken gondola. Its a good idea to rent a locker either at the base of the Penken or on the mountain to save carrying your skis everyday. The rooms at the hotel are excellent and spacious some with great views of the mountains. The beds are comfortable too. The food... More

Took this holiday with a group of friends, and right from the outset, the team from Nielson were attentive to our every need. The rooms are more than comfortable, and the layout is easy to follow. Their partnership with a ski equipment hire shop was very useful, and it's staff were also very attentive. The whole team at the the... More

An excellent hotel with great team of people. The 2 chefs provided excellent & varied food (with vegetarian option), whilst Rob & the team gave excellent service at the bar & restaurant. The rooms were kept very clean and are tastefully decorated in Tyrolean style. The Ferienhof is exclusive to Neilson and has the benefit of a health Spa suite... More

Myself, my son (4.5 years) and my mother staid here for a week at the beginning of March. Nice easy transfer with the Neilson rep, took about an hour and a half. The coach dropped us about 150m from the hotel which was a bit of a pain as we had hand luggage, three large bags and i had a... More

A group of us stayed there for a week and had a very good experience. Rob and his team went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a nice cozy bar in the hotel and it is very easy to mix with other guests there. Neilson organised some... More

Staff are very helpful. They make the hotel whar it is. Without them I wouldn't stay here again. It's too far from the lifts. I recommend that a shuttle run from the hotel to the lifts especially for those at ski school and people with children as its along way to carry two sets of skis and the children. We... More

This was a fantastic place to stay from start to finish. The stuff you'd want such as cleanliness and general functionality was all in place. What was absolutely phenomenal was the care and attentiveness of Rob and his team. Every single member were fantastic. A couple of examples. We're vegan. They'd never catered for vegans before, so their chef worked... More

We have just returned from a week's skiing holiday in Mayrhofen. We've not stayed in a hotel before where all the guests are from the same travel company but it worked really well and felt that the guests socialised with each more. The hotel is traditionally Austrian in look with the standard Austrian twins, which are in fact more spacious... More
