This is a lovely family apartment hotel, located in a quiet area, 2 minutes to the ski bus and approximately 12 minute walk to the main cable car. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean spacious and comfortable and the spa and wellness area has both dry and wet saunas, a large indoor pool as well as other facilities- all in good taste. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Such a charming hotel! We stayed as a family in two apartments, both were spacious, clean and fully equipped with essentials. The location was convenient near the train station (the ski lifts are a bit of a trek, but bus stops nearby), plentyof restaurants within an easy walk. The spa and pool facilities were great, and again spotlessly clean and well maintained. We loved the little personal touches like providing bath robes in different sizes for the guests (including the children!) The owners and staff were fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. We couldn't fault this hotel and would love to return!

Perfect Austrian style apartments - almost everything (the only thing was missing is a washer, but you can live with that) you need for holiday vocations - very comfy beds, pillows and blankets, kitchen, hot water, nice breakfast with an owner and rest of the staff, ideal SPA, ski depot, parking, and the main thing is service. We felt at home whole stay at Veronika. Fully recommend this place while visiting Mayrhofen.

I loved everything about this place! It's exceptionally clean, attention paid to the smallest details. Fantastic spa area, beautiful pool and saunas. Location is perfect - silent neighborgood but also very close to skibus that takes you to the skilift in 5 minutes. Owners are very dedicated to the place and really care that their guests feel good. It's a place with good vibes!

The entire hotel is super. Lots of traditional touches makes it feel really authentic from the old family photos to antiques. The Zillertal suite was great, top floor with a fantastic glass wall the entire length of the living/dining room. The kitchen was functional with a two burner stove, microwave oven combo and dishwasher. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the afternoon even though it wasn't facing due south. The highlight of the stay is the spa area. Indoor pool that looks like something out of ancient Rome with a private sitting area. Sauna, steam room, tanning bed and what I think is called a solar sauna. All fantastic after a day of skiing, hiking or after, well anything. Lastly there is a massage table. I can only describe it as a waterbed with internal programable jets the make patterns on your back and shoulders down to your ankles. I couldn't get enough!…

This is the perfect aparthotel we have ever stayed in. You get a nice and elegant apartment, with a fully functional and furnished kitchen, an amazing view, everyday cleaning, in one of the most beautiful locations in Mayrhofen, with an overdimensioned spa area for the number of guests and an exceptional flexibility when booking, not only the annoying Saturday-to-Saturday. They also accept pets, our cat was most welcomed. The owners are lovely and would do anything to make you feel you're on holiday and enjoy your time. Yes, it is slightly more expensive, but our opinion is that is worth the extra money. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I actually stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, with a kitchen and living room, comfortable and cosy. We had the most wonderful terrace with beautiful views to the mountains, and a swing chair - I absolutely loved it! The house is also a short walk from the city center making it very convenient. We also enjoyed their spa and indoor pool. As we were there after our wedding, the management team also gifted us with the sweetest detail!! some delicious chocolates! Who does this anymore, sooo sweet!! The only downfall was that the wifi didn't reach our flat, and as I needed to work, we had to get a hotspot, problem solved.

Great place¡ Super friendly and helpfull. Good location. Martin the owner is the nicest person ever! He will help you with everything you need. The spa is surprisingly big for a small hotel. The rooms are big and fully equipt with all you need. Highly recomended.

First , the owner Martin is such a nice guy.... (-: He will help you with all your needs including ski lessons equipment etc... The Hotel is small , but very warm and welcoming . The SPA is spectacular with all the amenities . Sauna , In door pool , Water jet massage bed and more. Great breakfast . And the rooms are beautiful (kit chi ) but very comfortable and clean . I loved it.

We just loved the one- bedroom apartment with south westerly views. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean...it was even cleaned everyday which we had not expected...and well -equipped.There was masses of storage including two decent sized wardrobes with plenty of hangers. The owners were welcoming and also very helpful, responding to any queries we had, before and after booking, very promptly. There are ten apartments in the house, located in a quiet area, and about a five minute stroll from the centre of the town. i very highly recommend this this apart-hotel.
