I stayed here whit my girlfriend, everything was super clean, warming and friendly. They have a wonderful spa :) it’s just few step from skybus and the zone is very quiet. Best stay ever in mountain area.

Stayed for a week with my daughter during half term holiday. The BergKristall is a very comfortable guest house/aparthotel next to the campsite about a kilometre from the village centre. The free ski bus stop is a 2 minute walk and it takes you to both the Horbergbahn and the Penkenbahn gondolas. The building is quite newly built in a traditional Austrian mountain style and the rooms are spotlessly clean, beautifully finished and spacious. Ours had a balcony overlooking the mountain. Breakfast is served in the hotel opposite and that’s also very good. Anita is a good host, both friendly and efficient.

We stayed in apartment Rose. The apartment was very neat and clean and nicely furnished in Tirol style. It is a very spacious apartment big enough for us and our 2 small children. For our 1 year old we also got a baby crib and a high chair. The bathroom had a bathtub as an added bonus, great for the children after a day in the snow. The south facing terrace around the apartment is great to enjoy the views and sun after a day skiing with a nice glas of wine; Children proof and very safe. The sauna area is modern and well equipped. Price/quality is excellent. Friendliness and welcoming from owner Anita is something that made our stay very enjoyable. Although a bit outside of the village center the location of the apartment in a quiet neighbourhood is very good and a walk away from shops and main street. It is certainly a place to come back again. The only improvement point is that Wifi coverage was not always ideal, however for us it was actually good to be offline for a while and just enjoy the time off.…

We planned our trip to Mayrhofen as every year. We love spring in Alps with winter sports. This year there was a lot of snow. We know many places in Mayrhofen, but this time we decided to stay in Bergkristall Apparthotel. I must say it was great choice. We had beautiful, comfy appartment with everything is necessary for good rest. Anita - the owner was very friendly and helpfull. She made us feel like at home with all small cards we got at the door with weather forecast and main events of the day. In the basement after skiing there was sauna waiting for us to warm us up. This stay was unforgettable. We can recomend this place. Resonable price and good fun. We will come back again.

We spent 4 nights in this appartment, and everything was perfect : new kitchen, big rooms, wi-fi connection, a big television ... but we recommand the hotel expecially for the kindness of the owner ( Anita ) and, believe me, for the marvellous "sauna" : a real surprise, for sure.
