We appreciate the warm welcome form the host an fantastic service throuout our stay in Mayrhofen. Apartment Penken keeps a good standard incl. everything you would need. Quick walk to Penkenbahn and the main street is worth a lot for a family with kids.

Nice and quiet appartment with space enough for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen, close to yhe Penken skilift (50 meters) and the main street with shopping and restaurants. The owner is very helpful and his english is very good.

We stayed in app. Grünberg, absolutely perfect! Just a few steps from Penkenbahn and the centre. Nice rooms and free WiFi. The owners are very nice people! Good value for money so we will certainly return.

We stayed in app Grünberg for the second time. location is excellent: next to the Penkenbahn and in the centre of Mayrhofen next to all the shops/supermarkets. App is spacious, clean, well maintained. There are 3 modern bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen and a nice living area. The beds are very good and there is free wifi! The owners are very friendly and helpfull people!

In the center of the Mayrhofen and right next to the main lift Penkenbahn. Ski bus to Hintertux is 4min away. Clean and very comfortable beds. New bathroom, full kitchen equipment (even knives are sharp) and free wifi.

Clean and nice apartment situated perfectly right next to the Penkenbahn. High standard. New modern bathroom. Plenty of storage /hooks means easy to keep nice all week. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice living room, plenty of space. Friendly and service minded owner. Separate skiroom. Only minus is the sleeping arrangements where the second bedroom is separated with separate key.

Our seventh visit here (Apart Ahorn) and even more satisfied than earlier! The yard was renewed and beautiful and despite of the building-work for new Penkenbahn very peaceful. The most important is however that the host family is so friendly and helping us whatever we were asking for. The apartment is nice with very practical kitchen. The balcony and the apartment are convenient even during hot summer days. I would warmly recommend!

We visited 'apart Sonja' with a group of 7 friends between the 28th of February and 7th of March in 2015. We really loved the apart grünberg on the ground floor, it has 3 separate and pretty big bathrooms. Big kitchen with a coffee machine and a hot-house. apart grunberg has a maximum of 12 guests which I think is a bit too much, but 10 guests would still work fine. The only thing is, it is maybe situated too close to the gondola, at least for us. After we got back from skiing every day we immediately sat down in the apartment which made it pretty hard for the most of us to get in to some après-ski action once again :-) We truely loved our stay at this apartment, I can and will advise people to go there. I don't know if prices will go up in 2016 when the new gondola is finished, I can imagine it happens.…
