Stayed at the Reisinger for an early 2017 ski trip. Holiday booked through Neilsons- Rep Rob was friendly and accommodating and always on hand to assist with unexpected issues. Hotel was cosy and clean, with traditional Austrian decor and bar in the cellar. Food was basic but pleasant enough. Location is perfect for accessing slopes and ski bus but the...

The hotel itself is somewhat outdated and renovation would not be a bad plan to go with. The food during breakfast and dinner is acceptable to good, but nothing special. Should you enjoy apres ski keep in mind that 19.30 is the final time you're allowed to join diner. Should you not be able to make this then there a...

We stayed at Hotel Reisinger for a week. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but spoke limited English; however we got by. While the accommodation and catering was of a basic standard with room for easy improvements, the location right next to the Reiterkogelbahn gondola in the centre of Hinterglemm largely made up for the hotel's shortcomings. We stayed in...

This is a very basic Austrian hotel in a perfect location close to the bottom of Reitergelbahn lift in village centre. In my opinion the excellent location made up for the poor hotel. The bottom sheet and towels were threadbare. The pillows lumpy, found some spare pillows in the room but they were filthy. Staff were friendly and tried to...

Superb location in the centre of the slopes with ease of access to all. Pleasant staff and always welcoming, basic local food with limited options but you won't go hungry. Holiday booked with Neilsons and was well supported by Rob, a special thankyou for looking after everyone in a demanding role. Would return to the same hotel and book again...

This isn't a high end hotel, its basic, cheap for Hinterglemm and you get what you pay for. For skiers its perfect, fantastic location, clean and comfortable bedrooms, reasonable breakfast and a basic evening meal!

Booked the Reisinger because of location and price, would go back because it delivered a great holiday. This is not a luxury hotel, but it does not promise to be one, so don't be disappointed. The Reisinger is a traditional family hotel that is great value for money and located in a fantastic central location. It is warm, clean and...

We were a group of 10 that stayed here mid January 2016, all friends ranging from mid 20s to mid 50 year olds, we all turned up not expecting much to be honest as compared price wise to the majority of the hotels in hinterglemm this was rather cheap!! so first of all great location, a short 200 walk to...

This is now our 4th time in Hinterglemm and the resort just keeps getting better. Unfortunately this is our second time in the Reisinger, and unfortunately it will be our last. The hotel is perfectly placed, which means you do have to put up with noise from party revellers. However the biggest issue is the evening food. This was a...

We've enjoyed our stay in hotel Reisinger because of the location. It is located in front of the 'après ski paleis' but you don't have to worry about noise. With the windows closed you won't hear a thing! The goab stall is also near this hotel, perfect for après skiing! Service of the hotel was also quite good, got a...
