The Hotel St Georg is one of those hidden gems that you rarely find. It is positioned off the main road, in a quiet area but only a 5 minute stroll to the centre of the old town with its access to the Bars Restaurants and nightlife. One of the Main ski lifts is just 350 yds down the road...

Room on the front of the hotel overlooking a fast running stream, very clean and spacious with full bath and shower. Beds were a little soft as were the pillows. Food was excellent throughout the week with plenty of choice. Swimming pool was heated and sauna and steam room were welcome after a days skiing The Hotel provided a courtesy...

Stayed at hotel this year for a ski holiday, booked and stayed for a week for B&B. Location was excellent with location only a 5 minute walk to the lifts, the town was a few minutes further down the road. Secure ski locker area in basement of hotel was easily accessible. The staff were always helpful and friendly. If in...

Just had a week skiing. The St Georg staff were friendly and interested in anything they could do to improve the service. We booked half board, but ate at the hotel on three evenings. Standard meals and a la carte were all good, but turn up with a good apetite for the Friday evening Alpine Buffet. Sauna and pool are...

The Sauper family and their staff are meticulous with every aspect of running an hotel. The friendliness together with clean warm traditional but modern rooms, what more could anyone wish for? The food is excellent with endless breakfast and dinner choices. Nothing is too much trouble and if you bring a suggestion forward it is acted upon immediately - just...

The Hotel has a wonderfully traditional feel and the service was just excellent. The Sauper family are always on hand to make sure everything...

Wonderfully authentic traditionally Austrian hotel. This is a beautiful old building maintained in a very traditional style. If you're looking for every modern convenience, then perhaps this isn't the place for you, but for those looking for a traditional Austrian experience this is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms were clean, well heated and well appointed, and have free wifi....

This hotel is away from the centre of town but within easy walking distance. The hotel was in a quiet location and provided limited parking. We had a good dinner and the breakfast was good also. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a good size.
