Really enjoyed my week here, the hotel was very decorative and welcoming when we arrived. The staff were very friendly all week to us. Only thing I didn't like Too much was the selection for breakfast is small but is manageable. This skiing all week was perfect although I would prefer a resort with more piste as you can soon...

Unfortunately after reading so many positive reviews I was disappointed by the reality of this hotel. It's location is great and the staff at the reception were lovely but the food and waiting staff really spoiled the rest of the experience. Our group booked half board for the week and I have to say the dinner was really very bad...

Beautiful, old and very well run hotel very close to everything in the centre of Zell Am See. Helpful staff, good food. Ideal base for skiing. Our room rate included breakfast and five course evening meals. Our room had a balcony giving views of the old church tower and with mountains in the distance - very pretty.

This is a friendly traditional hotel with good food, a pleasant (busy) bar fairly close to the slopes. There was a fairly limited choice at dinner time but the food was great and a really breakfast buffet was excellent too. Our room was titled as small - but it was perfectly adequate very clean wifi and good shower.

This hotel would get 5 stars if only the food was more up to the ambience and beauty of the surroundings. The staff are friendly enough the wee bar is fantastic. The rooms are warm and clean and if it were bed and breakfeast it would be spot on. Unfortunately the blandness of the evening meal takes away from what...

Returned from Zell am See and the Hotel Lebzelter today. Can honestly say that we don't have a single complaint. The hotel, staff and location are superb. From some of the previous reviews we read we were a bit worried about the hotel but need not have......we could not fault anything. On booking through the tour operator we requested a...

Located 4 minutes walk slight uphill to the City Express cable car, I had a single room with no supplement, it was compact but well designed (sofa, table, desk, flat TV, built in wardrobes & walkin shower which I prefer to a bath) overall more than enough space & storage. The breakfast choice was fine and the meals in the...

Lovely old hotel, centrally situated for everything. Staff were fantastic, although the alte frau on the desk could of done with some customer service lessons. Breakfast was very good although a hot option other than eggs once in the week would of been welcomed. Wouldn't recommend the soup as 5/6 were left for reason see attached photo !! Ski room...
