had another fantastic holiday in this hotel for the fourth year and can't wait for next year. can't fault anything about it. Food was even better this year. The staff have to be the friendliest ever! Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Lots of repeat guests which says it all .

A delightful family run hotel located near the centre of the village. Small enough to retain the personal touch. Good well sized rooms with balcony and comfortable beds. A lovely sunny terrace for lunch time if you are back on the village, it was a bit too cold during our stay to use it very much. They make a real... More

As 5 skiers and one non skier we stayed here. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated in a traditional way. I had a south facing balcony room which was super for catching the sunrays. The room was really large with twin beds, a small dining table, a sofa and arm chair and coffee table. There was an extra wardrobe... More

Arrived at 20:45 without a reservation. Asked by the waiter, as the chef was finishing for the night, if we would be happy to accept a main course only. We were more than happy to accept the 'deal'. As a family of four we ordered two lots of lamb chops (cooked correctly), a veal steak (excellent) and chicken dish (perfectly... More

We've had a fabulous start to the new year at this lovely, welcoming hotel. The staff were all wonderful (especially the waiters) and worked so hard throughout this busy period. The food was excellent and the hotel in general had everything we needed for our family stay. The rooms were perfect (we had upgraded to rooms with south facing balconies)... More

stayed here in august for the third year. Absolutely no complaints! Rooms at front are fantastic and have wonderful views. Rosie, Manfred, family and the whole team should be very proud of the standard of cleanliness and service. Very friendly hotel and hope to be back soon!

Having just returned from a 2 week stay at the family run Hotel Wiesental, booking through Inghams, we would fully recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food excellent with a wide menu. The staff were all helpful and courteous. There are spectacular views from most of the rooms on the front which look toward the... More

Our first time to Obergurgl in the summer and the Wiesental hotel made us very welcome. We had booked a room with a balcony and were given this lovely room with South-facing balcony and views of the glacier, a sitting area and large comfortable Austrian beds, and separate bathroom, loo and wardrobe a area. The hotel has a great chef,... More
