We had 5 days holiday in this wonderful hotel in August, the service is very well organized, there is a big area with different sauna and hammam and a nice pool. The room was very confortable and clean. We ate tipical plates in a large and nice restaurat with impeccable service. I recommend to everyone this hotel and the beautiful... More

What a lovely hotel, maybe a little too warm but shouldn't complain about that! Great breakfast of fruits, continental, selection of eggs and bacon etc. Dinner was 4 or 5 courses every night - well presented and a good variety on offer with usually a fish, meat and veg option. Hotel has a lovely spa with swimming pool, steam room,... More

A simply wonderful hotel. From check in we were made to feel at home, the staff were brilliantly helpful and nothing was too much trouble from the off. The rooms are well equipped, very clean with comfy beds and sofa to relax on. Ours also had a balcony that looked out into the mountains, the view was stunning and we... More

We stayed at this hotel for a week in March 2016. The hotel is decorated in the traditional style and is clean and well kept throughout. The bedrooms are large and have space for chairs and a sofa as well as the Austrian twin beds. The bathroom is well equipped with a good shower. The wellness area and swimming pool... More

Last time we stayed the hotel was still run by the parents. This time, it had already been handed over to the younger generation who introduced small pleasant touches. One being a collection of some better Austrian wines which can be sampled by the glass... As usual the food was tasty, and the SPA area excellent. An added touch was... More

A really nice hotel with superb food both for breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff. Although it appears to be 'out on a limb' that really isn't a problem as the ski bus stops right outside and it is a very short journey to the ski lifts at either Hochgurgl or Obergurgl. The spa is very good and the swimming pool... More

Excellent hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. Outside of the main village but a regular ski bus stopped right outside. Very hospitable staff whereby nothing was too much trouble. Swimming pool and Spa area was a lovely addition to come back to after a day on the slopes. Our only negative if we were really picky was... More

My family stayed at the hotel last week for 6 nights. We had an absolutely lovely time. Quiet , clean rooms, great view, fantastic food. The breakfast is amazing, they even give you your own little paper with news on the weather and jokes. Dinner is a 5 course meal with gourmet dishes and lots of choices. The spa is... More

From the moment we checked in my 9 year old son and I felt welcome and safe at this hotel. We stayed in room 109 - a junior suite with a balcony. The views were great but we were facing the road so there was traffic noise if we had the window open. I would opt for a forest view... More
