Very well organised and certainly the cleanest appartment I will ever stay in. Well appointed and well situated for the town and access to Giggjoch lift. The only puzzle is why the architect chose to make the walls between the bedrooms and bathrooms in glass? I would suggest there is an option of a blind to pull for more privacy... More

We stayed at the hotel last week. We were four couples, half skiers and half non skiers. The location of this hotel is perfect; few steps from the major ski lift, few steps from the supermarket, and a lovely walk to downtown. The food was very generous and so good. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The Spa is quite varied,... More

We were staying at the hotel in January for 1 week with a group of people and we took 7 rooms. First of all I would like to mention hotel's great location - 1 minute walk from ski-lift, few minutes walk to supermarket and city center. Hotel's restaurant serve top-quality food - something you can expect from a very good... More

Location top, very Close to cable Car, quiet rooms, nice reception and bar! On the negative Side: Food is average to Boring, Soelden is without Atmosphere, Lacks Soul And Spirit of alpine Skiing destination. Cable Cars and chairlifts get very often stuck. Slopes are Badly prepared and maintained.

We just spend couple of days in the suites. They are very big with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet and shower rooms. The hotel is very close walking distance to the lift area for skiing. If you are looking for good apress skiing, there is one place next to the lift. But we preferr the other end of the town. Here... The hotel is nice, most of the staff if friendly. But the people in charge are horrible. I can't believe the manager told me to hurry up with breaskfast and get out. It was only 10:05AM It's poor customer service that could ruin a good experience in my opinion.

We came with our family (two small children and grandparents) for our holidays in January. And our experience of the hotel, unfortunately, was not great. We enjoyed a very good restaurant and an excellent spa, but the personnel, except for one waiter in the restaurant called Andreas who was very good :), ruined the atmosphere for us. Some people were... More

Very bad at the beginning end the end....When we made a reservation for almost 12.000 EUR (very overpriced) and we have asked for rooms next to each other, communication of the reception was horrible and they did not want to give us this option. We had to ask Booking.com for help and they finally did. We were 3 rooms, big... More

Our stay was very nice! We had a nice room (linens were replaced only once during 6 days stay) the hotel kitchen was cooking wonderful food everyday! The wellness area was very good with wet and dry saunas. Rest area in Spa equipped with water beds which are very relaxing. I like to mention that on our check out day... More

One of the best stays I had in any Hotel. Great equipment in the rooms and Spa. Very nice and attentive waiters. Excellent food. Only point that was not of top quality: Wifi in the rooms is a little weak. I will definitely come again and can only strongly recommend this hotel to all other travellers.
