My girlfriend and I stayed here from the 4th to the 11th of Feb and had a fantastic time. We were in a room with three single beds which wasn't ideal, but this was because we booked late, and it did mean that there was loads of space for us to lay our stuff out. Food was excellent, though it...

Stayed here at the Au Pension 2nd week of Jan (via crystal ski) with a group on a skiing holiday. We arrived late at night but the lads still put on some food for us. Our room on the top floor was large with Austrian twin and a single for the 2 of us which was great as I don't...

A friend and I stayed here 28th Jan for a week in room 9, which was a triple room with en suite and balcony. The view from the room was excellent looking straight up the mountain. We preferred to walk about 20mins to the main lift in Soll but there is a bus every 30mins Breakfast was monotonous being the...

Ski holiday, booked through crystal. Handy for town, rooms lovely, we had a shared bathroom from attic room but it was a problem. Staff lovely. Food great, though it would be good not to have so many types of stodgy dumplings served at one in 1 dish. Catered for vegetarian/food intolerances, breakfast basic, but plentiful. Only downfall was there was...

What a lovely place to stay in Soll. Such welcoming and friendly staff. It is within an easy walking distance to the centre without any heavy kit approx 5-10min. If needing to carry kit in and back there is a regular local bus running from just outside the hotel and gondola. One of my party has a severe food allergy...

The scherntanner is now called the pension Au. It is no longer a Crystal chalet but is now a bed and breckfast accomadation and we booked it though Crystal. Since we stayed there last year both the bedrooms and breckfast room have been refurbished. Breakfast is the usual continental, there is a good choice with tea or coffee you help...

19 keen skiers of mixed age group (70+ to 30) visited in late February 2015. The chalet is run and operated by Crystal. The rooms were adequate for a ski holiday and all but one of ours were ensuite. The shower room was a bit basic with shower curtain and the traditional Austrian WC. The latter, combined with the forced...

Arrived with Crystal ski for week in February with a group of 8 friends. Transfer dropped straight to door and were greeted by two friendly hosts who stay in the chalet. Breakfast got us up every morning before reviving ourselves on the slopes. A lovely hot option was offered and cereal etc. Hot drinks and juices were always available. The...

A little over 5 minutes walk from Soll village centre this hotel does what it says on the tin. Provides budget level facilities for a budget price. The staff are very friendly, the cakes offered in the afternoon are tasty and plentiful and the breakfast just about managed to satisfy. The rooms are very basic, no TV but in some...

“Check out the different rooms and their facilities before booking. You can choose a balcony for example. I would avoid the rooms directly above the eating area and hear the entrance....pretty noisy. Make sure you try the cakes available after a day on the slopes. Make sure you know exactly how to get back if you go out wandering in the evening. We spent an hour at 1am in the morning roaming around in the freezing cold trying to find the right way back.”
