Comfortable with friendly staff that speak English. It provides everything a traveler needs including an adequate breakfast. I do not recommend the restaurant, however. They have a small choice of dishes and use far too many peppers.

Central location on the main square, close to all the main attractions. For the price it was a great deal! The only reason we are not giving it a 5 is the architecture, decoration, placement of the toilet in the middle of the bathroom and the slightly musky smell emanating from the carpets. Oh and no BBC news channel! Otherwise...

The location is good from bus, train stations and sightseeing. The room was clean and staffs were friendly. They helped when I wanted to check bus and train timetables. When I stayed at this hotel, I got small discount for hotel's restaurant (1st floor).

Whilst it looks like a typical large ex-commie concrete bunker, its appearance belies it comfort and it is well located. The service is friendly and efficient. The rooms are large and well furnished. It has good ac and wi-fi. Breakfast was quite acceptable. The lifts take a little getting used to and one seems to have a mind of its...

school groups run wild all night long. I arrived by bus and took a taxi (though it turned out it would have been a fifteen minute walk up a hill) to the hotel. My luggage had not made my connection in Frankfurt, so I was expecting it to be delivered to the hotel in Kazanlak. I checked in to a...

We stayed there one night as we were visiting relatives in Kazanluk. I must admit the location is simply outstanding right in the middle of the city - what more could you want? The service was lovely and we got our keys in no time. The room felt a little old, very typical for the time this hotel was built...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in October. The double room was a reasonable size with a good bathroom and A/C. The service level and cleanliness was good. The staff were helpful with a good level of English at the front desk. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant. It looked OK but there are a number of...

Firstly the hotel seemed very quiet whilst i was there, which may have influenced the restaurant service a little, however this didn't excuse the awful, disinterested service and total lack of available drinks at both dinner and the following day's breakfast. Aside from the restaurant the hotel was clean, extremely well located on the main square, close to the bus...
