Pictures don't do this place justice. Stayed here with my fiancé about year ago and it was amazing. It was completely affordable for the two of us. Management was great and understanding about everything. I would recommend this to everyone who is visiting 29 palms for military reasons. This place is great, especially if you're staying for a while.

Our stay here was amazing! Having a 6 month old daughter, the manager, Victoria helped accommodate us in any way she could. Amazing staff, quiet neighbors, great prices, and amazing scenery! A couple of minutes away from the base so it's amazing for military couples waiting for housing! Definitely an A+ in my book!

My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks while we waited to move into base housing. The price to stay there was not worth it at all!! It smelled old, couch was uncomfortable, beds were worse. The bedding was not clean at all. They're were dead big bug's on the ace unit in traffic main room, the window in...

The place is nice and quiet. Very secluded and private. Pet friendly which was a huge convenience for us since we were waiting for base housing 2 mths. The property also has a laundromat with 2 washers and 2 dryers. It never seemed to be a problem.
