A clean, reasonably priced hotel in the middle of everything. Super friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with some amenities. The pool is pleasant, although the ocean is acrosd the street. The beach, pier and great restaurants are all in easy walking distance.

I believe it is the same family owned Maui Seaside hotel in Maui. Excellent rate with excellent service. Reasonable parking fee. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. In room air conditioner is a bit noisy. However, after cooling the room down, ceiling fan is more than adequate for sleep. Good location in Kona. As in Maui Seaside, micro wave...

Wonderful staff. Really went above and beyond to make sure my recently disabled wife could make it around their property and the neighborhood. Everything is older but sooooo well taken care of. The owners and staff show their pride in looking after their property. Free breaky was great!

This was one of our last hotels during a 2 week island hopping vacation and I had my reservations prior to the stay, however I was pleasantly surprised. The room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was good, large servings and good quality. Hotel was located within a block of the ocean and near the heart...

I live in Hilo and come to Kona to dive, which necessitates I stay the night. Have stayed in other hotels in Kona, but like the Seaside because of the very friendly staff and the feeling of being at 'home'. Great location for downtown Kona. The rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Love...

Hotel Close to Beach & Restaurants. Rooms were clean and friendly staff. No frills but very adequate for reasonable cost stay close to beach. Several excellent restaurants within minutes walking distance. 5 minute walk to marina where, whale watching, para sailing, and snorkleing boats depart.

We stayed here for just a single night. The hotel is average, but the location is worth it. The hotel is divided into two parts - the newer towers and the older rundown 2-floor building. We were put in the older part, and on the third floor, but there was no elevator there and I had to take my heavy...

We were unable to get into our condo till Saturday, so we decided to find a place just for the night since our flight was reaching Kona at 9 pm. Thanks to TripAdvisor, we decided to stay here, and are very glad. No, it is NOT like a big Chain hotel with all their amenities, but for the price, including...
