Oceanside views from every deck. Spotless rooms at arrival. Sandy beach area, not to the water, but to lounge on and watch the gorgeous views. Very nice pool and hot tub. Tide pools for the kids. Just an overall great time and place.

Wished we could have stayed longer! We stayed in a two bedroom for our last night in Kona after being in Volcano. We were able to check in a little early just in time to enjoy the amazing view for our last afternoon. We had a two bedroom and it was huge! The balcony view was perfect. Hope to come back and stay here again some day. Super easy drive to downtown Kona for dinner and shopping.

Extremely nice room with a stunning view!! The Condos are great. Our room had relatively new appliances. The only complaint is the Washing machine takes FOREVER to wash a load (nothing to do with the Condo itself though)

Our stay at Kona by the Sea, was the best part of our Big Island vacation. Its location and convenience are excellent! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The location, stunningly beautiful right next to the ocean. For the amount of money one would spend on a hotel, Kona by the Sea was by far the better by.

We have been to Kona by the Sea many times. Probably 15 times. Totally meets our needs. Already booked our stay for 2024. Can't imagine a better ocean view anyplace at any cost. Great location, parking included, spacious, laundry and good kitchen facilities. Great place to stay for multiple weeks.

This was a beautiful place to stay. You can't swim from the beach, but they have a pool on the beach. There are grills to use on a first come first serve basis. The units have full kitchens so you can save some money that way. The only negative was the elevator was taken out of service for what they said was routine maintenance,( no notice, just a sign on elevator door one morning)but they did it mid week and over a long holiday weekend, so using the stairs for the 3rd floor after just having knee surgery was a huge challenge!

Beautiful ocean front property, nice one bedroom with two full bath apartment. Nice kitchen appliances. Does not have a restaurant, however Safeway and Walmart close. Kona is a great place to relax and enjoy the warmth.

Everyone was very friendly. You can rent dvds and games which is a nice feature. Great view. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of space in the condo with laundry and kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location on the ocean. While not able to swim in ocean from here great pool and nice beach like lounge space. Both had space for us. Front desk helpful and very nice. Rooms a bit dated but bed was very comfortable. Just south town but close enough to walk if you want.

A fantastic place to stay in Kona......we will go there again. Every element of the stay was a 10. The office staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The views were spectacular. The facility overall was just perfect for our vacation.
