I had phoned ahead to confirm check in procedure as I had read there is not a 24 hour front desk. So I was glad I had clarified the procedure. We arrived quite late so it was a little confusing to figure it all out in the dark but we managed ok. We had booked a 2 bedroom with king,...

We stayed in a 3rd Floor Condo with ocean front lanai. 2 beds, 2 baths, and a pull out sleeper sofa. The building itself is obviously very dated so don't expect the Ritz. What it is however, is comfortable. You get to relax without feeling the pressure to be reserved and refined. The kitchen was wonderful - we had every...

My wife and I have stayed at this location several times and always had a great experience. Each unit has been different as each has a different owner. We have stayed in two different studios in the past and a two bedroom (room 205) this time with another couple. Each unit has had everything we needed and more. The best...

After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, we were finally booked into our room. The receptionist had a 'couldn't care less' attitude, and when I told her we were going to be late for the tours that we'd just travelled over 3 hours to attend, she just chuckled. I repeatedly gave her my booking name and she repeatedly advised...

We booked 10 nights stay trough Expedia for a family of four. We arrived after 8 pm and front desk was closed. Someone gave us the keys to the condo (room 366) and were told to check in next day. We booked a room with one bed and one sofa bed but when we got to the room there were...

This is an ownership Condo complex managed by Castle so each condo is different. I got a good rate from Google via Castle website and called and booked over the phone directly with Castle. I had a pleasant experience booking with the agent for a "partial ocean view" 15 days before our trip. We are 2 adults and 1 6.5...

We stayed in a very nice top floor ocean view condo with four bedrooms - tons of room for family of six. Nice well equipped kitchen. Amazing ocean view with resident sea turtle in protected cove in front of condos. Very nice communal grills that were cleaned daily. Surfing is available just to left of condo. CAUTION for snorkelers and...

What a dump. Don't believe all the lovely scenic pictures. There are 2 part to this place the beach front and across the road. Only stayed 1 one booked and paid through Expedia. Then had to pay an extra $65 cleaning when I checked in. The 2 light switches inside the front door did work anything(that we could see). The...

This is a simple yet lovely development near kona. There are great beaches nearby and a bus takes you into town and back if you'd rather not drive. Love having a kitchen. Great running and cycling nearby. Not fancy at all but a great clean condo.

Maybe if you had a guarantee that you were on the ocean side in a newly renovated room. Otherwise ... don't! Just checked in and the room smells, we had to call to get a coffee maker delivered, a technician to come to figure out internet access and a blanket to put over a dirty and torn love seat. We...
