My experience with Pacific 19 was amazing The services from check in to check out . The room service was very quick..very friendly staff, the rooms are so comfortable and beautiful! Hotel's Favourite
The last time that I visited Kona was a few years ago, and this was the perfect place to stay for my return visit. The location was great - I was able to walk to Hulihee Palace and the Farmer's Market. I was a little hesitant when I booked it because there were no TVs in the room, but it turned out to be unexpectedly great. I was able to relax without distractions, and just enjoy the property and quality time with my family. More hotels should think about this concept. The quality of the hotel products were also impressive. The bedding was probably the most comfortable that I've slept in at any hotel. The staff was great (Aidee was awesome!!), and the whole experience was definitely something that I'd come back for.

I had an exceptional stay at Pacific 19 Kona. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I loved the design of the lobby area, and they have great coffee in the lobby every morning which was lovely. The rooms are modern and have a great design. Had two wonderful nights' sleep in the very comfy bed. The location of the hotel is excellent, too. Close to restaurants and bars. And, it was nice to grab a (free) coffee and walk down to the waterfront in the mornings. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was just renovated and is a welcome addition to Kona where most of the hotels are aging. The design is very tasteful and the staff is super friendly. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Location is amazing. Right in the heart of Kona town. This is a great home base to explore the Big Island.

It was great because of the location, the renovations, the pool, the balcony and the staff. On the other side the room is very small and has no TV so I would only stay there for a night or 2. They usually have a parking fee but as we got to the hotel very late they waved it for us which was nice.

Really enjoyed the place. Live music and food truck in the parking lot on the weekend. Even bought myself a carabiner cup. Good pricing so that it was worth it to stay there rather than drive home to Hilo.

This was my first ever trip visiting Hawaii. I was advised by a friend who came here many times to check out the Hawaii (Big) Island, spend some time enjoying the beautiful beaches and nature. For the entirety of my trip, I decided to stay at this BRAND-NEW hotel that just opened – the Pacific 19 Kona. Upon arriving to the property, I was greeted with that “Aloha” spirit that I have been hearing so much about by such friendly/welcoming hotel associates, who provided me with a quick check-in and luggage assistance to my room. The room is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and I had an amazing view from my partial ocean view room with the most comfortable king bed I’ve ever slept on. They had dope merchandise that is laid out in the room, from sick looking hats to long sleeves and dry bags, all of which I bought. Another highlight that I loved was the concept of not having a TV in the room. This allowed myself to really disconnect while on my trip and encouraged me to further explore Hawaii’s nature and the outdoorsy stuff I do not usually do. The AC was placed right on the top of your bed side and the sound is very loud. If you close all the black out curtain to make the room dark, you won’t be able to get the air flow from AC and it made the room very hot. Not recommended if you are sensitive to light or sound.

Clean and brand new room, stuff is friendly. The only problem loud conditioning system and moist street. Close to everything in Kona, location is convenient. Parking 20$ per hour which is ok. Nice and empty pool.

We would not stay there again since no ice and no tv in the room. If we had known this we wouldn’t have booked. If we were staying more than one night we would have left. Too much commercial selling in the room. Take that out and use for drawers.
