I'm a bit hesitant to write this rave of a review as I don't want Mike & Marsha to be booked when I return to Alaska! I don't think this could be a more perfect place. Mike & Marsha are lovely hosts, breakfasts are amazing (they even managed to accommodate my picky vegetarian sister), beds are comfy, and the location...

We really enjoyed you, your dad, and even your picky vegetarian sister! We do hope to save room for you when you return. Thanks for helping us understand crow parenting. Have a great school year. Marsha and Mike

I found a sunshine house b&b to be perfect for my needs. I stayed one night in Seward, and had a wonderful night's sleep and best breakfast!! I was so tired from the day's activities, and got a ride on the kenai fjords shuttle to the b&b. Mike and marsha were very helpful, welcoming, and informative. I had the downstairs...

We spent 3 nights in Sunshine House in July and had a marvellous stay with Marsha and Mike who are so kind and always ready to help. Mike is great cook, all was delicious, especially the home made salmon. We really appreciated the breakfast time discussing with them and feeling as if we were at home. We highly recommend this...

We stayed in 5 different places in Alaska from Anchorage to Homer to Seeard to Denali. A Sunshine House was definitely the best place. We had the upstairs room which was very comfortable. The small fridge was an extra bonus. We had 3 breakfasts and each one was unique not to mention delicious. Marsha and Mike were very gracious hosts.

We stayed at sunshine house for 4 nights and had a fabulous stay. Marshall and Mike are wonderful hosts and provide great breakfasts - at least 4 courses - even making salmon patties specially for my husband. The bed was super comfy with beautiful quilts made by Marsha. Our hosts provided lots of local knowledge on places to see which...

Sunshine House definitely lives up to its stellar reviews. Having dust allergies was not a problem at all. Apparently Mike can clean rooms just as well as he can cook! We did not have the pleasure of meeting Mike during our 3 day stay, but let me assure you, we did not suffer in the least. Marsha turned out amazing...

Mike and Marsha are awesome hosts providing a real Alaskan experience in their very homely b&b. There is nothing flashy about this place, just good old fashioned friendly hosts who provide warm comfortable rooms and Mike cooks up a storm for breakfast. The b&b is walking distance to everything in town - loved it!

Mike, one of the owners, suggested that a B & B should be all about "the bed" and "the breakfast". The Sunshine House did not disappoint! The pillow top mattress offered a luxurious night's sleep and the breakfasts were extraordinary. I'm not sure what we enjoyed more; the ambiance of sitting with Mike and Marsha as they prepared breakfast, the...

Although our time in Seward was cold and rainy that was only the weather. Inside this delightful B&B Mike and Masha do everything they can to help you feel warm, dry and like family! We stayed two nights in early June and watched Mike prepare two mornings of breakfast treats that had us wanting to stay longer. Not only can...

My wife and I were there in Early July and we stayed for a couple of nights in the upper bedroom. It was our first B&B so we were not sure what to expect but everything was great from the room to the location of the unit to the company/owners (Marsha and Michael). The location is within walking distance to...
