We came for 2 nights and stayed for 8! Heather and her crew had suggestions for us that truly made our entire trip. From helicopter, to fishing, zip line, whale watching, glacier hike, floated the Kenai and hiked the locale trails of the Russian River. It was an amazing time. We thought it was a once in a life time...

I travel solo a lot and am always looking for that magical combination of a hostel-like social vibe where I can still have a private room. The Nauti Otter met those criteria perfectly. Heather is a lovely soul and creates a welcoming social environment. She was also extremely helpful organizing tours/activities/etc. My only constructive feedback is the bathroom situation is...

I'm working a summer job about an hour north of town. I decided to stay here on a whim and it was a perfect and quaint experience. Clean and friendly. Heather the groundskeeper is very nice. Plus comfy beds and a very clean hot shower. I definitely plan on staying here throughout the season whenever I need a nice getaway

The Nauti Otter is a fun place to stay instead of a regular hotel. My cousin and I had booked the Rough cut cabin and upon arrival were upgraded to the Hump back with two beds that were super comfortable. It was a great stay and we appreciated the upgrade!!

Stayed at the Nauti Otter this summer and had a blast! Great location for getting to the Exit Glacier and other activities! Had a blast with the owner, and they have an awesome cat there! I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking to stay in Seward.

Cozy hostel just off the Seward Highway, 15 minute drive from town. Heather is super friendly and accommodating. Comfy beds, cozy living room, pancake and waffle breakfast. I felt totally at home here. Thanks so much for an awesome experience!

The Nauti Otter was a wonderful hostel for my first Alaska experience. I loved every minute of my stay there. The owner Heather even let me join for karaoke in Seward and showed me around town. Highly recommend this spot!!!

First off, you can't pick a homier place to stay! When you walk in you can tell that someone has put their heart into this hostel. Heather is a great person with a greater personality. She was very helpful in finding us things to do in the surrounding area and also hooked us up with some great deals! It was also...

I live in Nome, Alaska, and that means I've had a chance to see Seward on a budget and in a lovely B&B. This place was a solid budget rental that's a little far from Seward itself but a fun place for couples traveling on the cheap. The folks who run the place were very welcoming and even accommodated a...

Heather is cool as hell, very accommodating. When we were there she was out of town and someone else was there, not so personable as Heather is, but still a cool guy. We had a great time there by the fire makin' s'mores and a wicked breakfast. I hope heather can keep a nice setup next year :)) Thanks
