I was in Seward for work and chose to stay at the Seward Windsong Lodge. The lodge is located a short drive outside of the city of Seward. The location is only one of the great reasons to come here. Situated near a beautiful river with the mountains as a backdrop, it is easy to get lost here. The rooms...

We spent one night at the Windsong resort and enjoyed the experience. Very clean, nice, quiet accommodations with a rustic, woodsy theme. Our back balcony looked out into the woods. It looked as though a moose or bear might wonder up at any moment. The lodge is across the highway from the river and is very pretty to walk around...

We were promptly met at the Alaska RR depot by the Windsong bus which handled our luggage to the bus stop in front of the lodge. As we before check-in time the driver offered to drop us at the Seward Aquarium and return in a couple hours. Arriving at the lodge is impressive with the lobby, fireplace etc.. We registered...

Dear Doug. Thank you for your post. These posts are very important to us. My staff reads everyone! Congratulations on your 80th birthday and 50th Anniversary. Those are two wonderful mile stones. First I would like to apologize that my Front Operations staff did not offer you transportation to your room. As you mentioned our property is spread out. It...

Nice room, very clean, staff accommodating. Coffee shop in lobby. Restaurant on premises. Restaurant OK, very very noisy!! When i was there they were having trouble with TV/internet connection. Young man came from front desk to help, but it was not my inability, service was out. Happened in a lot of places during my Alaska trip. People there are very...

I had the building nearest the street. And, I think nearest the housekeeping room or something, as it was noisy below each morning and I don't think there was a guest room there. The location of the hotel itself is awesome, nearest everything, but nestled from the hustle and bustle. So the road being close was not an issue. My...

This is a very nice place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and food at the on-site restaurant is good. On our leave day, the hotel was notified that the shuttle bus we were to take to the Anchorage Airport was not going to run due to a forest fire in the main road. The staff went into action and quickly...

Well we stayed here with our tour group. We found the rooms were well maintained and clean. The lodge has a shuttle to take you into town and pick you up. The staff are from many different countries and are students. The staff are attentive to your needs. The breakfast area was well maintain and had menu to buffet. Both...

We were looking for stuff to do in Seward and we found a package deal hotel and glacier cruise all in one. What a way to go. After the cruise we were taken to our hotel and it was beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and quite. The mail lodge was impressive as well. Will review the boat trip soon.

Beautiful from once you enter the reception area, right through to checking into your room! Rooms are very spacious and cozy! Great location, about a 2 minute drive to the Kenai Fjords Tour, the hotel even provides a free shuttle if you don't feel like driving.
