We have been going to Seward four times a year for ove 10 years for quilt retreats. The hotel changed ownership 2 years ago. We have always had a good trip. Overall the building is well maintained with improvements and changes being made in the last year. Staff has always been very pleasant & helpful. This last stay we had...

Snuck down from Anchorage for a winter weekend getaway and loved our stay at the Harbor 360. Staff was super friendly, location is perfect (right on the docks!), comfy rooms, lots of breakfast options but the best part by far was the views! Amazing views from our balcony of the harbor, the bay and the mountains beyond... we even watched...

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Harbor 360. We went to Harbor 360 because it's the only hotel in Seward. We weren't disappointed. We enjoyed the pool the most. Slow internet otherwise great

We visited shortly after Seward received several feet of snow. Getting to Seward was a bit tricky coming from Anchorage but very beautiful! Once there the staff was happy to see us and extremely accommodating. Our room was a king room with a harbor side balcony and was very clean and welcoming. The room had stunning views of the harbor...

It's a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable. Shower was tepid. Ran out of hot water. Did not offer adjustment on room rate. Was told by front desk not to shower at peak volume times. Other than that no prob.

Great view, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Breakfast was included and you overlook the harbor. The hotel is in a good location. If the weather was nicer we would have walked to dinner and the Sea Life Center. Prices within hotel seemed reasonable. I only use a 1-3 rating so that is why I gave a 3. This time of...

Staff, facilities, breakfast and million $ view all 5 star+ Under new local management and it shows! Stock pictures and decorations gone and replaced with real locally produced Alaskan creations. I have lived in seward for 27 years and do "staycations" at this hotel. The whole family enjoys the location and well maintained, clean, acccessible hot tub and pool.

The carpet was a little bit worn but the room was clean overall. They have good stuff and they allow my pet to stay with us which was huge for my family. They have a pool that a lot of the families used. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to stay busy even in the winter months. A good place to bring the kids and play in the heated pool. Our room was clean, but next to the elevator, not my favorite location, a bit noisy.

My family and I have been staying here for years. Great place - basic set up with extras. Under new management for the past 3 years or so. They are doing well also. We do miss having more breakfast options and in particular the biscuits and gravy (and mini cinnamon rolls). Still a great value. Good views from either side...
