We travelled for 6 weeks in Alaska and it was the absolut worst campground we stayed during this 6 weeks. The owners are really weird and you have to pay for a dry site 30 US, what we found was pretty expensive. This campground is not maintained at all. The toilets/showers were horrible, everywhere it smelled after urine and there... More

This park looks like it was originally developed in the 1950's, and not much has been done to improve it since then. Several of the residents--and the park has many residents--have trailers whose wheels are sunk in the mud. The White Pass and Yukon Railroad runs behind the park, and starts its loud activity about 4:30 a.m. The shower facility... More

First all the good things, only a hop skip and jump to town. Less than a five minute walk to town. Next door to a very nice city park. Suitable site size. 30 amp service and water for $40 a night. Clean restrooms. No free wi fi is the only negative. Free wifi available at the town library. Would stay... More

We stayed here two years ago when we travelled to Yukon from Nanaimo,BC,Canada. At that time, that campground was not terribly busy and there were in fact several vacant sites. We chose one close the bathroom even though we have a Roadtrek Camperized van. The bathrooms were not as terrible as suggested by other reviewers! We only stayed for the... More

Tent spots surrounded by trees, Well maintained spots & picnic tables. In the past, this park deserved it's lower rating. It was a mess. Last summer, the new manager cleaned up all the junky stuff, repaired & painted the picnic tables cherry red and generally turned the place into something to be proud of. I live in Skagway and walk... More

While this is not the greatest RV park in Skagway, it was the only one that was open on the nights that we were in town (April 2015). We therefore had no choice and in all fairness, the park is not as bad as previous comments make it out to be. You can safely stay here and have a good... More

Stayed at the RV park in a tent with my family. Thought it would be adequate as it is conveniently located near the downtown core and offered picnic tables and fire pits. Unfortunately, this place is a disaster. There was what appeared to be dried vomit in one of the drinking fountains by the washrooms which themselves were disgusting. It... More

It is a disgraceful place and should not be allowed to operate. There is old debris and old rv units that have been there for years and should not be lived in by anybody or anything. The place has not been cleaned up. We had a reservation for 2 nights, when we arrived they said they were overbooked and showed... More
