After driving through the beautiful countryside of France, we had booked this B&B because of the wonderful reviews. We were not disappointed - we were met by Jean Jacques who could not have been more accomodating, didn't speak a lot of English but with my school girl French we were able to communicate. We had a gorgeous bedroom, lovely bathroom,...

My wife and I had two nights at Le Clos de Provins in June. The hosts are delightful, the house & garden charming and peaceful, and the room (we had La Romantique) beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast is superb - everything home made. The house is very well situated for exploring Provins. Some really interesting visits - don't miss Les...

Francine and Jean- Jacques offer a warm welcome to this small two room chambres dhôtes in its quiet walled garden setting. It has secure parking within the pleasantly laid out garden and is very close to the centre of this historic medieval town. Perfect! The spacious room on the first floor was immaculate and full of charm, decorated in a...

We stayed here for 4 nights in late March on the strength of the reviews on here and I can only agree with what other reviewers have said. The house is delightful and very comfortable with lots of rustic charm but all mod cons (hairdriers in the bathrooms and wi-fi) and also has a great location tucked quietly away from...

This is a little gem of a place. The house is secluded and very peaceful but within in easy walking distance of all that Provins has to offer. Francine and Jean- Jacques are friendly, wonderful and interesting hosts and could not do enough for us. We met our son and his wife (who live in the middle east) in France...

We are looking forward to another visit as soon as possible. Francine and Jean-Jacques are wonderful hosts; be sure to have plenty of room for the stunning breakfast, with...

My husband & I spent a night at Clos de Provins on September 22nd and we were delighted! A beautiful home with a lovely garden. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed and let's not forget about the breakfast! It was delicious! We hope to get to stay there again someday. Francine was a lovely hostess and we...

This is a lovely B&B very close to the tower and Collegiate church. Once you are parked in the courtyard, it is easy walking to the downtown pedestrian area. When you arrive, you will need to ring for entrance. Streets are narrow; you may have to go a little beyond the gate and turn to go back for a good...

We spent the night at the Clos de Provins while exploring the medieval city of Provins. The hosts were so kind and helpful to us and the house is very well located to the town so that we walked everywhere easily. The room was very well appointed and comfortable and quiet as well as being one of the cleanest guest...

The Clos de Provins is a perfectly comfortable and beautifully decorated home, and Francine is delighted to help with any information about the town. The best breakfast ever, homemade jam to chocolate cake to fruit salad. In town, don't miss the Legends of the Chevaliers show (though it is in French, it's easy to follow the action!).
