Located in downtown Seattle. Stayed for business. Nice, decent sized rooms. Comfortable bed. However no coffee in rooms. Did have coffee in lobby. Attached bar and restaurant is nice. Rates vary so it can be affordable.

Thanks William. appreciate the note and your thoughts that we get the basics right (nicest hotel in the world isn't special if you don't have the service and people to back it up). We do have coffee makers in the guest rooms - on the top 3 floors which are our premium floors, or in any room, just call down...

Hotel Monaco is a perfect example of the Kimpton brand. Excellent location, upbeat & efficient staff, welcoming rooms with all the amenities, newly renovated restaurant & bar with a great happy hour. Every need was met during our 4 night stay including quieting a noisy ac vent.

James! thanks so much, each Kimpton hotel has a different look and feel and that makes any visit special. We strive very hard to not be a beige hotel and have a design that you will love, hate or want to take pictures of, but there is always emotion! never hesitate to check out our Kimptonhotels.com site and see what...

My first visit to Seattle was for a conference, consisting of 22. The Kimpton Monaco was the perfect location. Our group were provided priority rooms on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors. Very quiet and private. The meting room was very efficient and comfortable. The front desk group were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced. Upon arrival,...

Temple Bob, thanks! Go Hawsk! it is almost that time again and one of the million reasons to stay here is the ability to walk to the stadium. There are 4 great Kimptons in the city and each one has a different look and feel but a hotel is only as good as the staff that you meet each day!...

I was in Seattle for business for one night only, so I didn't have an extended stay in which to use all the hotel's amenities. From the night I spent there though, I would highly recommend it. The location in downtown Seattle is excellent, with a light rail station about a block away. The staff is very friendly and efficient,...

Megan, What a great note, thanks so much. The wifi is free if you sign up for our very cool Kimpton Karma program which will give you free access, lots of special treats when you check in, the ability to connect with our Help Desk and collect free nights. Who could say no? Location is one of the strong points...

Colin, you are a cut to the chase scene kinda guy, just like me - the hotel does sit in the middle of the city, but just far enough away from the craziness of Westlake, however you can walk anywhere you want to get to from here. The library across the street is one of the 10 most important buildings...

Hotel Monaco is centrally located with ample options for dining, sightseeing and transportation. Rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Without a doubt I would consider Hotel Monaco again if we travel to Seattle in the future.

Thanks Walt Appreciate your note and recognizing the staff who just happen to feel good about their work here and what they do every day. It is that willingness that makes the difference. Location, cool design, great staff and a Kimpton name, come back soon for a glass of wine at wine hour! Tom.

Centrally located hotel right across the street from the W Hotel on the Fourth. One Block away from the light rail station (University) is this hotel that is friendly to pets, active travelers, and family. You are within walking distance from the Pike Market, Seattle Art Museum and Westlake shopping area. Rooms are well appointed. Nightly wine tasting available. Have...

Thanks Span, great fun on top of all that, who could pass up a stay at the Monaco. There are 4 great Kimptons in Seattle (5 soon) but the Monaco has this brilliant location and a great new restaurant - Outlier which is worth the trip alone! Come back soon and give it a try.

As is the usual normal for Kimpton hotels, excellent service at check in, comfy beds, plenty of towels, quiet. I've stayed n Kimpton hotels in DC, Philly, Oregon, WA etc. Always, Boutique flair with predictable comfort and quality staffing. Each hotel has it's own unique charms and cool factor without sacrificing on the important stuff. Bravo (again). I'll be back....

W8x4 (hmmm wonder what that means) thanks for this, there are 65 Kimptons from Amsterdam to LA and so many more on the books. One of the great joys at staying at a Kimpton is that none of them look and feel the same, so you can discover and pick a favorite. We also tie together a cool restaurant which...

I actually stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Seattle because my usual hotel (The W) across the street was fully booked up on my last business trip. Long T, wow, what a great note. - hey we will check you in as early as we can, if there is a room ready you can bet you would get it. If the W was full we were likely pretty busy as well, but delighted that you discovered us. The on site restaurant is open and my friend, you...
