And that's about all I can say that's positive other than the location was good and it's within walking distance of some good restaurants, the Seattle Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass and in the opposite direction, Pike Place Market. It's also next door to the best doughnut place ever! Top Pot Doughnuts. Delicious. But as for Kings Inn, I'll...

This is a very budget hotel for Seattle. It is very basic but clean. I would not want to stay here more than one night as it is very minimalist in its facilities. We arrived late and left early for the Victoria Clipper and as a bedroom it was a reasonable deal. The one big negative is that the rooms...

I was traveling just to get away and staying here it isn't the nicest but it did its job. The bed was pretty comfortable for me. Bathroom isn't very big but I travel alone so it was just enough for me. The location is awesome I pretty much every where. I thought it was cool that they locked the gates...

This is the best kept budget secret in downtown Seattle. Located on 5th Avenue below the monorail, within walking distance of prime shopping and near the heart of the Belltown restaurant district, this hotel offers one outstanding benefit: location. The rooms are VERY small and spartan but scrupulously clean, the bathroom is spotless and the bed is comfortable. Try putting...

The hotel is clean and convenient to downtown Seattle but the staff was unaccommodating. The one staff member would not let my husband his boarding pass and the other staff member would not let him retrieve his pants and credit card from the room! I had to report the card to my credit card company as stolen. We will never...

Yah, it's located in the heart of it all. But it's an ancient hotel with all the old cracked bathroom fixtures, and I had to take a cold shower on a cold fall day. They put fresh paint and a few new looking perks on a few surfaces like the stairwell, to give the shallow momentary illusion that they upkeep...

If all you want to do is literally sleep then leave and be close to the city then this is the place for you. Other than that the internet in my room did not work. I don't think the Asian guys at reception could of been more unhelpful, unfriendly or unwelcoming. I think next time I will spend a little...

We stayed here for 2 nights - we had asked for a quiet room on the ground floor. Room 104 is just up from the reception. So noisy - could hear people coming and going. So dated - no soap provided - we had some in our case - luckily!!!! This place needs to be demolished and re-built. I booked...

The room is very small. The TV is about the size of my cell phone. There was yellow tape ( the type the police use) blocking the nearest stairway. Unless you are really on a budget spend a few more bucks and stay in one of the many nicer places nearby. Air conditioner dial was broken but I managed to...

Location, location, location: 15 mins walk this way to the Space Needle. 10 mins walk in this way to the market. 10 mins walk this way to Downtown for shopping. 10 mins walk this way...well, okay, we didn't walk in that fourth direction, but we were only in Seattle for two nights. When the location of this place is so...
