My two night stay was flawless. The room was lovely and very clean. The downtown location was great. Where this property really shines is with their outstanding staff. EVERYONE I encountered during my stay was professional, helpful and friendly. There was no doubt in my mind that they truly were dedicated to making my stay-and the meeting I was hosting-perfect....

Front desk was very efficient and had me in my room within an instant. Brenda the concierge was very friendly and informed me of all the opportunities the hotel had to offer like the bar lounge on the top floor with an incredible view of the city and the extravagant fitness center. Definitely a hidden gem for a slightly older...

Was there for two nights and found the room to be average yet clean. It was the location right in Downtown that was ideal. close to Benaroya, within walking distance to Pioneer Square and Pike Place Market. Perfect for out of towners or playing tourist in your own city.

Stayed with my husband while he attended the conference. Hotel was a bit far from the conference. But the welcome and thank you snacks and beverages we're wonderful. Hotel was clean. Pillows first night were awful. But asked for new ones and they brought 2 different varieties up in 10 mins. 20 mins to SeaTac

I had a 2-night stay on business. My room wasn't ready at 4pm (although check-in is at 3). Without apology, the front-desk clerk told me I'd "just have to wait" until the room was available since they were sold out the night before. I asked whether I could use the lounge and left my phone number for a call when...

Thank you so much for your stay and your comments. I am truly sorry that you had a bad check in experience. Of course we should have had the room ready at 4pm and I do apologize for not having it ready as well as for the attitude of my front desk staff. We will take your experience as a...

This is a great hotel located in the downtown area of Seattle. Close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped, and the amenities make your stay here something you will remember for a long time. However this is an expensive hotel, stayed two nights and average price of room was $330.00 per night.

Stayed for one night after taking a cruise in to Seattle. Service - was great, we were helped quickly on arrival. Front desk staff was great about getting us a room even though we checked in early, and also getting us our preferred room type. He also was very helpful in providing a map, pointing out how to walk to...

Attended a conference in Seattle, and procrastinated on booking at the conference hotel (which was sold out by the time I tried to book)- the Renaissance Hotel turned out to be very, very close to where I needed to be, so it was the winner. The Renaissance is relatively convenient and is within reasonable walking distance to other area attractions...

Thank you so much for the opportunity to have you as our guest and for your detailed review. I do appreciate your positive comments about our staff and service overall and do apologize for your experience of the elevator service. Indeed on certain times the elevators can be a little slow, especially when we do have a large meeting that...

Pretty Hotel great location, nice room and amenities. Parking underground was convenient $44 a night when we stayed there. Not impressed with bar service people. We seemed to be an inconvenience to ask for coffee to go. Front desk associates were friendly and hospitable. Easy check in and check out. Only downfall is if you are walking down to stadium...

My husband and I stayed here while visiting friends for a weekend. The hotel is beautiful and we were upgraded to a corner king room which was spacious and comfortable (bedroom separate from living/desk area). The hotel bar is pleasant and the hotel itself is well maintained. As with most Marriotts, the customer service was excellent. There is not much...
