We just had a quick overnight at this hotel before a cruise but the room was very nice and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our flight came in early in the morning so we were several hours early for checkin but they had a room available and let us check in at no additional charge. This is a...

We had one night to stay in Seattle before moving on in our vacation. The staff at this hotel were very nice and professional people. The room was spacious and clean. We had a great nights sleep which allowed us to move on well rested for the next leg of our trip. Would stay there again.

An average Hilton property. We had points and we're looking to stay downtown for two nights before a longer Seattle stay and we are Honors Members. The rooms were older - but not outdated. They charged $3 for morning coffee - that just didn't seem right. Maybe it is the Wisconsin cheap guy in me... The bar was boring. If...

My wife and I stayed during the busy Fourth of July week. We had a small problem with the bed. I spoke with Dustin who agreed it was an issue and agreed to try and fix the problem. Not only did Dustin fix the problem but he called the next day to ask how things were going! Great customer service...

The location and proximity of everything is the reason why I stay here. I had a very positive experience the first time i stayed at this location and that is the reason I keep coming back when I can. Ask for Cae (if she's working) :)

I stayed one night in the Hilton and had a wonderful stay. Good location downtown close to the market, shopping and good restaurants. We ordered room service and David gave us great advice on what to order and brought everything quickly. The halibut dinner and spinach salad was delicious. We were able to shop around online and got a great...

Stayed July1-3. Called to confirm room and Allyson asked if there was anything we were celebrating. It was in fact our first wedding anniversary. To our surprise Allison put rose petals on the bed and gave us a free bottle of champagne. Wow. No that's customer service. Way to go Allison.

The hotel seemed understaffed at night when I arrived. I had to wait for several minutes to check in. The room was OK in terms of cleanliness but the entire decor seemed 20 years old.
