We stayed in the executive level. The room is much smaller than in other hotels of this caliber. The linens and bed were nice. The AC unit would not stop running at 70 degrees and at 71 would alternately heat and cool. Although we brought in the maintenance staff, there was nothing to be done. The fresh look of the...

I wish I could say this hotel was fantastic, but I was underwhelmed. This hotel felt like a Hilton Garden Inn, and not a Hilton. The room was a decent size, and the staff were very polite and friendly, but my hotel room had a tiny bathroom with an awkward layout--two thumbs down for that. The hotel is also a...

The Hilton Seattle was a great choice. The hotel was in a great location- easy walk to Pike street market and downtown. We didn't have a car, but I understand parking is pretty expensive. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

My husband and I went and stayed here before a cruise to Alaska. Was very pleased with location as well as accommodations. Was here for two nights and three days they let us check in early. Also after our cruise use the facility and kept our luggage for us for an entire day. Location was excellent everything from a drug...

From the moment we pulled up out front and the bellman, Jerry, introduced himself, you could tell the staff at the Seattle Hilton is indeed exceptional. This followed through at the front desk on check-in, to the hotel manager who was greeting guests at the complementary reception in the Executive Lounge that evening, and continued on with housekeeping, who went...

The front desk was exceptional and took every request I had in stride. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. The room is small but it was comfortable and clean. Great breakfast in the Executive Lounge.

We are Hilton Gold and had an executive suite reserved for four nights over Memorial Day weekend. Apparently, so did 100's of others. The hotel is simply poorly designed. Narrow hallways, non-existent lobby, and tiny rooms. We were told we were upgraded but if that was true, I feel very bad for those who did not get a "suite" --...

I recently took my family for a vacation in Seattle and stayed at the Seattle Hilton due to it's location downtown where all of the activities and attractions I wanted them to see were within walking distance. The room was nice, comfortable, quiet and an interesting view of Seattle. This was a "rest stop" on a train trip so all of the above amenities were important.
