Nice hotel, good location, great view from pool although we were unable to utilize those facilities during our stay. Had a king room and a rollaway bed, both were comfortable. Desk looking out window has plug in for computer, but they are used up for coffee machine and lamp - could use a power bar for them and leave access...

I stayed here for a couple of nights. It was fine in most respects, but is just another big, impersonal hotel. What I liked: location- close to everything; enjoyed the walk to Pike Market fitness center- top floor, sweeping views, well-maintained equipment bedding- comfortable What I didn't like so much: lobby noise- the hotel has a seasonal holiday display of...

I had a blast in Seattle and the Sheraton Seattle Hotel was so conveniently located to so much fun I miss my room. I went to conference sessions, then shopping, more sessions, then to pike place, then more sessions. I had no trouble running back to the room between activities. I even walked back from The Space Needle (about a...

For the 2016 Western Region Leadership Conference my chapter stayed at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. The staff here were all so kind to me during my stay always making sure my hotel stay was the best. The property was very safe and well secured by the excellent security on property as well as key card access. The restaurant The Daily...

The hotel is nice and clean, we have a view to pike street and overlook toward convention center and cheesecake factory. Hotel offers us $5 credit toward coffee shop if we choose no cleaning service every day, we think that's awesome, however the credit slip never came, we have to go to service desk to request it. That is the...

The biggest thing: they have an annual gingerbread house display. It's pretty insane the crowd it draws! However, they are organized. The line to check in was very long as well. It moved along and it took me 15 minutes to check in. The bell guys were nice enough to pass out water while we waited in line. It a...

KendraDawnRN - Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. The Gingerbread Village is truly amazing and am glad you made time to see them! This is such a popular family tradition and does have a strong draw. Glad you enjoyed the rest of the Hotel and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Thank you, Trevor

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at the Sheraton in Seattle. We had troubles at check-in, where somehow the reservation for my colleague could not be found. We had to make a new booking for one night and book another hotel for the second night (Sheraton was full due to the football game). Only after a couple of...

Simone M - thank you for choosing to stay with us. I am very sorry about the reservation issue. I am glad the other reservation came through the system and was resolved while you were still on property. I would also like to research the room cleaning situation and would ask that you reach out to me at trevor.brauser@sheraton.com and...

My stay was paid for, at least the base rate was, by a third-party, so my view may be more objective than most? In general, my stay was average: nothing special, either good or bad; my only complaint is that I received only one free day of in-room wireless (for signing up for their rewards program) and the daily rate...
