I can walk anywhere with where the hotel is located. The room was comfortable, the bed was clean and cozy. I only stayed for one night but would stay here again. They had a cool little gingerbread house display during my stay. The hotel itself...More
We had a girls night in the city to watch The Little Mermaid at the Fifth Ave Theatre so we stayed at the Sheraton. It is in very close proximity to the Fifth so that was very convenient. The hotel lobby was quite crowded because...More
We didn't officially stay here. We stopped by to see the gingerbread display. Quite amazing and for a good cause. I just imagined more gingerbread houses throughout the hotel. Still enjoyed the Harry Potter themed gingerbread display.
The hotel is of great location, close to everything. The room is spacious and elegant. The staff are friendly and gave us some good tips on getting around in the city. However, it is not expected with old and dirty bed linen and an expired...More

Hotel has a coffee maker with wonderful Starbucks coffee, a safe and also a refrigerator. Additional info for you, there's a lovely coffee shop in the lobby on the Union Strret side of the hotel. The hotel/lobby is huge and has a Union Street and a Pike Street wing. Coffee shop opens as early as 0500, pastries amazing. Also a great coffee stand on Pike street and 5th Street, one block away, must go!!! not to mention 1001 Starbucks on every block. Not sure about the check in but I would call hotel directly as they deal with cruises everyday and can accommodate for an extra fee maybe. I just got back from another stay yesterday so I can't rave about this hotel enough. You will really enjoy it, location awesome too.
