Stayed 5 nights in the Sheraton in Seattle - from the very beginning we received horrible service, the valet was too busy to look me in the eye and explain their valet service, the bellman was rude and it took a really long time for our bags to get to the room. The room was OK, nice bed but the...

I love to stay in this Hotel when there is availability - so many conventions! The staff is first-class, the rooms are super clean and they run a "green" establishment. Terrific level-of-service, as always. As a SPG, I was surprised to be located just across from the elevators. With the Les Schwab convention members staying there, it was noisy most...

My wife and I stayed there while visiting family in Seattle. Overall experience was very positive. While it is not a 5 star, value is very good, room was very nice and staff was accommodating. Location is perfect with easy access to Pike Place and shopping. Valet was $50 per day - we parked across the street at Washington Athletic...

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Conference center. Pricey, but clean and quiet. It is walking distance to downtown attractions, restaurants, and a large assortment of shops. Staff was helpful and had great suggestions. Would stay again.

We visited for a conference. The staff work hard at making sure you use their service even if you don't necessarily need the help. We had just a couple of small bags and some things that had to hang....the attendant made it very clear you couldn't use a cart without them...something that I find bothers me to no end. Self...

Very nice!! Beside convention center, good accommodations, but a little expensive. Good service, great security. The Hotel takes seriously the customer. If you send parcel to the hotel, you will have to pay to pick up. Recommended if you can pay a bit more for an Hotel.

I'm finishing up a work conference here at the Sheraton Seattle and thoroughly enjoyed a terrific and comfortable stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, large and located centrally in the heart of downtown Seattle, next to the convention center. I'm staying at the Union Tower and the accommodations are excellent with comfortable beds, large bathrooms and a wonderful view of...

This hotel is accessible to important landmarks. It is also close to the shopping area. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the water in the shower has weak pressure and sometimes it abruptly changes its temperature.

Being clean, quiet and convenient are 3 of the most important attributes a hotel room can have. Extra comfy bed, pristine bathroom and real cream to put in the in-room Starbucks coffee were pluses, too. Very convenient to the Convention Center and 3 great restaurants right in the hotel including the award-winning Loulay. It wasn't extravagantly luxurious, but it was...

New hotel, clean, cool (the day was 92, very hot for Seattle). We stayed here after a cruise, when arrived at the hotel at 10 am, never thought we would get our room, but we did, spotless, with a nice view and incredibly comfortable beds. Lots of closet space and nice and shiny clean bathroom. Easy to walk to Pike...

“I have always requested the newer Union Street tower and for the most part have been very happy with the rooms. However, this year we were placed in the older Pike Street tower, room 2606 to be specific and loved the room. We loved the view , the updated color scheme and small circular table was perfect for my wife and I to share a meal. ”
