Don't waste your money staying at this hotel. The street side is noisy (freight trains, cars/trucks) and A/C doesn't work properly. In addition, the bathroom door kept rubbing off the floor. Overall a complete rip-off. The only good thing about it was the water-side views - but you have to pay extra for that.

This hotel was recommended by someone who works in the area as well as a previous guest. I loved it. I had a room on the water, which I enjoyed in the morning and the evening. The room and hotel have a "lodge" feel which was appropriate for the Northwest. I ate in the restaurant several times and had a...

I will say this is one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed. Clean, modern, great bathroom, comfortable bed, fireplace, balcony with a great waterfront view, and awesome bear footrest. Highly recommended! Thanks.

After deciding to add a day to the front end of our trip, I booked this room through Hotwire. I did not expect to enjoy this hotel as much as we did! We had a room on the front--hence, the earplugs--but we didn't need to use them. There were a few trains, but I did not find the noise that...

Recently stayed here for a conference nearby. Overall I have to say I expected better considering the rating and cost. First the Pros, 1. The location is outstanding: Close to Pike place Market, Miners Landing, Olympic Sculpture Park, The Space Needle, etc. 2. The rooms are pretty nice with a great bathroom and fireplace. 3. They provide a complimentary Shuttle...

While we appreciate the opportunity to have welcomed you, we're disheartened to hear that elements of your visit missed the mark so profoundly. We take great pride in each of our guests, and our efforts must always come with a graciousness for your investment in us. We're deeply sorry to hear of these misgivings associated with shuttle services, and we...

The hotel is on its own pier. Frequented by the Beattles, Rolling Stones and Steve wonder, to name a few. Rooms are large and airy. I do recommend the sea view because of the large trains that are moving nearby - across the road. We heard nothing in our room. The view were great and the longe bar superb. Meals...

The Hotel is beautiful. Valet was not very friendly even though I tipped them well. The Room was clean, beautiful and cozy. The restaurant was nice and the food was delicious. We were quite disappointed in this hotel, especially given its reputation and self-aggrandizement. The room was VERY small, not well appointed (one small end table on one side of the bed, for example). It seemed like EVERYTHING you wanted brought on an exorbitant extra charge, from parking to breakfast, toiletries, room amenities, you name it. There were ear plugs to...

Confusion over our request for type of room the hotel generously upgraded us to room 330 overlooking the bay. It's a stunning veiw. Liners, ferries and general ships move about. Most of us are familiar with the Beatles stay here in the early sixties. They fished from the windows in their bayside rooms, but you can't do that any more.
