But rather expensive. Downtown and close to everything. Beds were comfortable and plenty of plugs for iPhone charging. Shower was great. Easy check in and out. Only free internet was in lobby. Of course no free breakfast. Seems the more you pay for a hotel the less you get

Check-in was fast. Hotel looks worn in certain places like the elevator and hallways. My room was getting warm in the afternoon with no relief from the AC. Here is their trick to save money.....the HVAC control is fixed to only blow at the low speed. I had to request a fan from housekeeping to keep cool. Bathroom had a...

A midweek night at the Westin for business was really disappointing. A beautiful hotel with a central Seattle location was severely let down by the massive delays in service. Self-parking was closed meaning valet parking was the only option. Fine, but after they disappeared with my car, I was left waiting for 30 minutes with my luggage at the side...

For the safety of our guests, luggage carts are operated by our staff to prevent injuries and damage as the carts can be cumbersome to maneuver when weighted with luggage. I recently stayed at the Westin in downtown seattle booking 2 rooms for 3 nights each. Check in was quick and as a Starwood Platinum member my rooms were on high floor rooms and had great views. The rooms were clean and the beds were extrememly comfortable. I was a bit annoyed by the mini bars that had sensors built...

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your positive comments about the quick check-in, clean rooms and comfortable Heavenly Beds. We also appreciate your criticism regarding the refreshment centers. Our refreshment centers automatically post charges for items moved off of the sensors to improve efficiencies and there is information posted to alert our guests. This automation generates a report each...

I've stayed at this hotel twice now with several years in between and it didn't disappoint on the second visit in terms of comfort - lovely spacious room and we were lucky enough to have a nice view of both sea and space needle. The air con system is one of the quietest we experienced across 7 hotels during this...

Hotel rooms have nice decor and amenities. Typical of other W hotels, the halls and hotels are dark and like a nightclub. New lobby that has strange decor but still a nice spot for a drink and snacks. Room service is fine and efficient. Gym is also newly renovated

We had the most incredible stay this past weekend at The Westin Seattle. I have to say, despite the history-making rain, no kidding, our stay at the hotel served as a warm and welcoming retreat. Their new restaurant, Relish was awesome! It's always so wonderful to have a casual eatery that's not your typical hotel-style kind of restaurant. This place...

For a birthday trip we took friends and spent two nights in Seattle and picked a nice hotel, the Westin. First up, the two towers are round... that's just cool. Not being able to see your neighbours was awesome and the veiw was epic! Coming from New Zealand we are used to trying to self cater where we can to...

I stayed at the Westin Seattle while on business in September and had an overall good stay. Checkin was prompt and efficient and as a gold member I got offered a late checkout which was convenient given the time my return flight was at. My room was very nice with a great view of the city and the water. The...

I travel extensively and frequently stay at Starwood Properties, particularly within the Westin hotel group. I am an SPG member (its loyalty program) and I usually find no fault with Westin properties. In fact, Westin hotels have always been among my favorite places to stay -- and will continue to be so. That said, however, The Westin Seattle was a...
